A list of puns related to "Imovie"
Im considering switching from iMovie of Final Cut due to the limited audio editing, control of export format and the better title options.
HOWEVER Im hesitating because Final Cut has some huge disadvantage! It doesnt have the easy preset options of adding pictures on top with split screen and kat burns. Why this is not there on Final Cut?
Anybody have the link please? I've tried everything else to get iMovie back onto my Mac catalina but nothing works. I had same issue with GarageBand but somebody was able to send me there old purchase link and that worked for GarageBand so I'm hoping someone has there old iMovie one as well...
I think its called an Spectraizer, it updates based on the loudness of the audio. Is it possible to add such an effect in iMovie?
Sorry if this is a noob question.
I downloaded videos from Youtube using youtube-dl but I can't import them in iMovie. Anyone experienced the same problem? Looking for any possible workarounds
I have a 2016 Macbook Pro (macOS Monterey). I know this model's built-in display can't handle HDR, so the HDR videos that I take on my iPhone 13 Pro Max won't look the same in it.
I'm not really in the position to buy a new Macbook Pro right now to be able to watch these videos, but I would like to keep using my phone to take HDR videos to be later edited in iMovie (10.3.1).
My question isโwill I be able to produce a final HDR video through iMovie (well, through Final Cut Pro, as I learned here) using HDR videos even if my Macbook Pro can't technically display them properly? Will they look better when I later upgrade to a new Macbook Pro?
Thanks!
I recorded about 2hrs of footage off my switch that i wanted to cut down, but whenever i try to play the clip or edit it, it just freezes with the rainbow ball. I used imovie for a long period and never had this issue this frequent. I even did a clean wipe and install of my macbook.
Could the file be way too big or could it be corrupted? I remuxed the mkv to mp4 in obs after recording
Has anyone else had issues updating or installing these apps?
Xcode gives me an error message saying it requires 11.3 or later.
iMovie is giving me an error saying it requires 11.5.1 or later.

Iโm making a YouTube video and the mic was too close to the guitar so the vocals arenโt as loud as Iโd like and are tough to hear. Anyone know how to fix this in iMovie or any other free software that I can tinker with it.
Thanks!!
Does anyone have there old download link to iMovie for Mac Catalina?
I have tried every other way... my computer is having issues updating to Big Sur as well.
I had same issue with GarageBand. But somebody was kind enough to share the link to there old GarageBand for Mac catalina and that worked. Assuming its the only way it'll work for iMovie as well.
How can you add subtitles and/or an srt file into a video in iMovie? Seems like a very basic thing, yet I can't figure it out, merci beaucoup to anyone who can give me advice about this! Even if it is using a different application or website, thanks.
I had imported all of my video files into iMovie from my camera. I didn't have my camera at the time, and wanted to share the videos I had imported into iMovie. I don't remember how, but I found where all the iMovie data was stored in finder and moved it to desktop so I could export the files in file format.
Where can I move these folders to restore everything in iMovie?
Ask any questions you need thanks
I'm not sure if this is really a let's play kind of question, but maybe some of you have experienced this.
So I've already recorded a speedrace with another youtuber and when he sent the video file it would download, but then I wouldn't be able to open it. We tried mkv and mp4 but it just wouldn't work.
If it helps I'm on macOS and he's on windows.
Hey.
So Iโm finding this rather infuriating actually, exporting a video Iโve captured in full screen is really small and no longer full screen. I cannot see a simple way to have the video full instead of 3:3 or whatever it sets it too.
Any tips would be great!
Thanks!
