It’s completely disassembled. Looks like there was some damage to the body near the pickups. I repaired the wood so I should be able to reassemble it but I need to fix this mess of wiring first. Can any of you guys lead me in the right direction?

Ibanez just announced the release of their 6 string, 37" Neck-through BTB bass. I'm not a big fan of the larger body but have tried their SR5005's in the past and they played like butter.
Looks like they have a competing product with the Dingwall 37" necks.

Are Ibanez bass guitars good? I see lots of them are affordable for me in the 300-500 Canadian price range but is it worth it?
Incredible guitar so far. From a visual perspective, really loving the wood grain on the neck and headstock. The staggered locking tuners, roasted maple neck, and the pick up switching system are all amazing additions. Was originally interested in the Hazy Rose colour, but this Ice Blue has really grown on me especially in the light. The pickups are pretty hot, and that will take some getting used to, but it is good that it has a different voice from a stratocaster. The bridge humbucker wails.

I have been wanting to pick up an Ibanez that’s not too expensive. Budget is around $200-$450 range since I’m wanting to play metal my cheap knockoff Strat isn’t gonna sound good with my new amp.. anyone here have an Ibanez guitar they would recommend me? Such as the GIO series or the RG series.

I have original boxes for most but not all. Velcro on some. Two of ‘em are modded. The Outer Rings, an early serial#, was later factory modded to update it to better circuitry. The TS7 was modded by Alchemy Audio. Everything else is stock.
The Gnomeratron VTF came in many weird flavors, and this is surely the craziest; it has two different 6-way switches to control the diode clipping whereas most are just a 2-way toggle. 21 total switches/knobs. Super-versatile.
What do I want? …Yeah, that’s a tough question. I listed a few things I’m interested in, but some of those are hard to find. Just testing the waters. I’m most attached to the Gnomeratron, (which is like this one, but mine has even more diode options,)so don’t bother lowballing that one.
Generally not interested in BIG-footprint pedals or anything with menu diving or klunky UX.
