I am disappointed to learn that you recently voted “Nay” after the third reading of bill C-6 which would criminalize conversion therapy for those who do not or can not consent to it.
I am writing to ask if you can explain your perspective so I can understand why you would want to allow such a dangerous, repressive, ignorant and, quite frankly, backwards and bigoted practice to continue. What are your reasons for allowing children and adults who do not consent to this “therapy” to be held against their will and subjected to this harmful practice?
Can you please direct me to whatever research or evidence you have been presented with that might support the continuation of such barbaric “reparative” therapies in our country? As far as I am aware, the research on such efforts has disproven their efficacy and affirmed their harmfulness towards the individual.
On your website I see pictures of you posing with our troops. I see copy that “Cheryl Gallant is a strong defender of rural Canada and individual rights”. Tell me how you can refer to yourself as a strong defender of individual rights, and yet vote to have people held against their will and put through psychologically damaging “treatment”? Tell me how you can pose with the men and women who defend our country and protect our freedoms while simultaneously spitting in their faces by voting to ensure the people who infringe on those freedoms are protected from the law.

Before starting, here are a few notes related to the structure and content of the proposal.
- The proposal is broken into 3 major parts, Playable Content, New Equipment, and Miscellaneous.
- To keep the list shorter and more organized, most items or categories will have a link to a reference or placeholder image that will contain more details.
- The additions and changes are designed to work within PvE. Many of these could be balanced within PvP through various multipliers and talent changes, but know that the primary consideration and purpose of this is PvE.

###Gallant Storm (New Season) After Schaeffer was captured by the Division, Black Tusk's command fell into disarray. Makeshift committees were formed to make decisions with little outside advice. This resulted in many higher ranking officers being reassigned to bureaucratic positions for the committees. The mass pull out of higher ranking Black Tusk left many lower ranking members, most of whom were former LMB, to hold grunt positions with little communication from command.
Soon after, many operations were ordered by the committees in a desperate attempt to regain control lost in the fray of Schaeffer's capture. Many of these missions were extreme tasks that led to several casualties and extreme injuries. This incompetence in the new command led many of the assimilated LMB and even some lower rank Black Tusk to go rogue. After several attacks on Black Tusk bases by this rogue group the committees became fearful to the point where they requested a meeting with the higher ranking rogues. In that meeting a decision was made: Provided the new LMB holds certain assets and don't interfere with other Black Tusk activity, the LMB shall receive funding to perform their own operations under their own command.
In short, after some extreme infighting the LMB have returned as a threat to New York, with even deeper pockets. They've replaced the presence of Black Tusk in New York, and increased their area of operations.

-Security flaws in our contract regarding the liquidity (LP). Our LP function is not accumulating the way it should which is why we have struggled with very low liquidity. As it turns out, this issue is not uncommon with Safemoon forks.
- One of our core team members, Jevonte Jackson or JJ (AKA TruckerPilot), has been dishonest with his team and our community from the very beginning. By using his health to gain sympathy, money, and a way to excuse himself from being an active member of Gallant Token. JJ has also led us to believe that a close friend of his was going to invest in our extensive marketing program. As many of you are aware we were engaged to sponsor crypto reports on the Yankees Broadcasting Network. The investor was never real. We are exploring legal action against JJ.
After much deliberation, it has been decided that the best thing to do for everyone involved is to relaunch. We have an opportunity to start over, better, stronger and with a more solid team. We will also be expanding our team with experienced developers with more credibility.
Rest assured, if you choose to stick with us, you will see a renewed Gallant Token. If you are holding Gallant at this time, you WILL still have your tokens in the relaunch. Our 4th servant is the little sister to Camelot's Gorilla who was actually first teased back in last year's Summer event. Compared to her peers in this batch of servants, Gareth is a lot more straight-forward, filling the niche of a offensive tanks that we see in similar servants like Passionlip. These servants are designed to be able to put out a moderate amount of damage, protecting their allies through defensive buffs or by redirecting damage to themselves, all the while having the means to tank attacks and, in certain cases, hit harder after having done so. A fun archetype for sure, but one that's never really been ultra popular so far.
Battle Continuation is Gareth's GUTs that lasts for 3 turns, procs once, and...that's it. This is where I believe DW to have missed an opportunity with Gareth, as this skill is most certainly a call-back to year 1. Gareth is left with up to 1500 HP to work with, which is also less impressive than Lancer Cu's 2500 HP Guts, and is on a 9-7 turn cooldown. Gareth's skill materials are certainly not the most threatening out there, but she still requires 12 Aurora Steel to max this out, meaning new players will likely be stuck at skill level 6 or 7, depending on how fortunate they are with Knights Medals. Still, a GUTs is essential for Gareth's archetype and things only go up from here.
Fortunately, Gareth Beaumains is a skill that is much more believable to be on a year 4 servant's kit, acting as a 10-20% NP battery that also gives Gareth a unique buff whenever she takes damage.
