I try to build nice houses and apartments where I can, but the flophouse has such a convenient form factor that I can't stop wanting to place them in niches. 38 housing quality has to go a long way. It's a real pity that there's no upgrade that maintains that form.
I've tried Jojo's big adventure and can't see the appeal (More than 1 season.). What sort of reprobate am I, exactly?

Say, I want the best house for poor families in both numbers, quality and space. Should I go for one tenements or 2 Flophouse? Cost is not of concern.
2 flophouses beats tenement by 2 family slots while occupying the same amount of space. While a subway station, a fastfood on delivery mode and a fire station on Cat-in-Tree mode can boost housing quality up to 15 minimum (5 each). Combined those with max budget and/or electricity should buff my flophouse quality to 80+
But is there anything I missed about tenements? I think it also generates crime but there's also a dedicated work mode (or was it an upgrade?) to counteract that.
Internet was no help in finding Super Mario Brothers to stream. Are they showing the movie in their upcoming virtual event? Is it streamable oh, the movie, I mean?
