A list of puns related to "Eric Harris And Dylan Klebold"
(can be any book/article/movie/video whatever) ps this is for a psychology school project about the behaviors of mass killers in their childhood (dear fbi agent watching me post this rn - iβm not a creep or in any way supporting their actions) just trying to find some sort of accounts of their young lives etc. I read Kleboldβs mothers book but i feel her pov made it difficult because she focuses so much on the βstrugglesβ her son and her had and seems to blame it all on eric β¦ so basically seemed bias and donβt want to use that as a source
I find it interesting the comparison between Harris and Kleboldβs mental health form they filled out . Eric Harris seemed way more opened and even admitted to being sometimes suicidal , and checking off the boxes for being homicidal, having disorganized thoughts and so on.
In Dylan Kleboldβs he wasnβt so opened about what he was dealing with.
I wonder if this was Harrisβs call for help?
I am just researching the case and finished reading their journals this week. I didnβt expect him to be so honest with his mental health after reading his journal. Chris Morris said that Eric Harris wanted to be a video game creator. So, he was a person with an actual goal in life so maybe deep down he truly wanted to get help ? He knew the thoughts he was having werenβt right , because I feel like if he did feel that they were right he wouldnβt have checked all those boxes because heβd be giving himself away , does this make any sense? (Iβm not defending him just trying to understand him and Klebold and why they did such a horrific thing).
Does anyone know if anyone questioned Ericβs form after that?
Evan Todd, a popular football player and school hero, told reporters: "Columbine is a clean, good place except for those rejects. Most kids didn't want them there. They were into witchcraft. They were into voodoo dolls. Sure, we teased them. But what do you expect if you come to school with weird hairdos? It's not just jocks; the whole school was disgusted with them. They're a bunch of homos, grabbing each other's private parts. If you want to get rid of someone, usually you tease 'em. So the whole school would call them homos, and when they did something sick, we'd tell them, 'You're sick and that's wrong.'"

Though both Dylan Klebold as well as Eric Harris were obsessed with killing. Dylan Klebold's behavior during the shooting including how he taunted victims during the shooting exhibited how he was more interested in imposing his power in a godly context. Choosing who lives, who dies, forever imposing a deep sense of fear in those that he spared. Dylan Klebold seemed to adopt this nihilistic behavior in part to manifest his inadequacies from suicidal ideations. This manifestation of an internalized culmination of the will to kill with the will to die was also prevalent throughout his writings. While Eric Harris's writings seemed to focus on the notoriety he would desired as well as quickly focusing on the acceptance of death in the context of a firefight with police. Not necessarily on suffering as well as the need for love which was what Dylan Klebold often discussed within his writings. Though they are both similar in most ways in regards to their sadistic behaviors. The interesting juxtaposition between the two comes down to the fundamental motivations for killing as well as how the two of them interpreted the aimlessness they felt in their lives.
Especially when it comes to copying Eric's outfit
It seems kinda strange that he has it when itβs Ericβs weapon.
I've noticed a lot of people defending Dylan Klebold when he seems to actually be worse in many ways.
Dylan is more privileged than Eric, Dylan talks about his emotions and love for people in his diaries showing he could understand emotions more easily.
Dylan had more friends and wasn't ostracized like Eric, Dylan talked about killing people before Eric ever did and said he hated other people since daycare,Eric had more severe documented mental health issues and was on medication showing he at least sought some help for his behavior.
Dylan taunted his victims more and and showed more callous. Dylan's diary was woe is me, love more love, hearts etc and Eric's was edge Lord cringe like he was putting on a performance and it full of contradictions like he hated everyone nazi stuff, racist stuff, racism is stupid i want everyone to die but maybe indigenous/rainforest ppl should live.
Eric seems to have hated the way the world was while Dylan seemed to hate himself and others because he didn't fit in or wasn't at the top of the "food chain"
