A list of puns related to "Easyjet"
We had a very decent bounce in EZJ recently from around 475 levels to 650, and currently at 635 or so.
With the initial fears around the Omicron variant having settled down a little; what are we in for in terms of EZJ, and broadly speaking, other Airline and destination leisure companies?
Can we see this as a beginning of a stronger recovery?
My view: Personally see initial signs of people coming to the view that Covid is more 'endemic' than a 'pandemic', post-vaccines, and with the 'megatrends' of destination holidays and entertainment experiences abroad continuing - especially for those that have missed out these past 2 years.
DISCLOSURE: Own EZJ shares, and was trading in Dec-21 around the recent lows. Thank you.
Does anyone have any experience of flying with a toddler on EasyJet? I'm currently reading their rules and getting a bit confused.
We're planning on taking two flights with them this summer - one when LO is about 18m and one just before 2 years old. LO is huge and very stocky - 98th percentile and over 12kg at 14m old. We want to book her own seat because she's seriously independent and won't sit on our laps for any duration of time. We'll take the cost hit for peace and quiet on board...!
But it says under 2s with their own seat need a car seat to fly in. Is that still the case if they sit with us for takeoff and landing?
We've abandoned our easy to transport group 0 baby car seat because she didn't fit in it anymore at 11m old. Our new car seat is group 0/1 up to 4 years old but a) can't be fitted anywhere without the huge base, and b) is bloody massive and not transportable.
She really needs a group 1+ seat as she just doesn't fit in the 0 ones anymore and absolutely detests being in that lying down position.
Technically she's too small for a booster seat (or anything like this https://www.trunki.co.uk/products/boostapak-green ) - but would the staff really notice? What has anyone else done?
I do not want to be buying another car seat just for a plane journey. I have researched car seats that work without a base previously and there are very few recommended ones once you get into that 'group 1' category - nearly everything has a base attached (and so won't work on the plane).
Any tips / ideas?
Has anyone experienced EasyJet's new definition of "Cabin Bag" Vs "Overhead Cabin Bag"
I have a small, square case, which goes a few cm taller than their limit for "cabin bag" and am wondering if how likely they are to charge me?
I have travelled a lot before and never had issues.. but have no experience with the new dimensions.
Easyjet: 45 x 36 x 36
Ryanair: 55 x 40 x 40
Wizz air: 55 x 40 x 40
My main concern is finding a backpack that would work for both easyjet and Ryanair?
Thanks
EDIT: I realised I got the measurements wrong, as I haven't bought any additional luggage, its just the carry on bag/backpack that you can bring on for free
The max weight is 10kg
Easyjet: 45 x 36 x 20 cm
Ryanair: 40 x 25 x 20 cm
Wizz: 40 x 30 x 20 cm
