A list of puns related to "Décolletage"
I grew up on swim teams in Southern California. As you might imagine, I was exposed to a lot of sun. Now in my early 40s, I’ve spent a lot of time and money rehabbing my facial skin (botox, serums galore, tretinoin), but my decolettage area still looks very aged. Any special recommendations?
I was told by my derm to only use tret on my face and neck never on Décolletage. I didn't think about asking her at the time, but curious why this is a rule? Does anyone have any information? I have been using it all the way down and haven't really had any issues yet.
While I have an extensive skincare routine for my face, I’ve always neglected my décolletage area. After bringing products down from my face for the past week, I’ve noticed a nice improvement and would like to continue. However, I don’t want to use all my nice skin products.
Does anyone have cheaper products they specifically use on neck/chest area? I’m particularly interested in cheap mineral sunscreen.
This is the desired effect:
I know that usually they used stays or corsets for the big heaving bosom effect, but is there anything more modern and practical that I can wear for a similar pushup effect? I'm open to corsets as well, but the ones I've seen don't seem to try and push the boobs up and over like that. I don't really want a padded bra like VS style, but I'm hoping that there's a design that just squishes your natural boobs up in that style.
Wondering if anybody has any tips / products they use to take care of the breast and surrounding areas, i know the skin is very delicate so i’m just wondering if anybody has some pointers!? thanks in advance 🤠
I wanted to do it for my crows feet, but thought it would make sense to treat my full face instead of just my eyes. It also seems to really help the Décolletage.
Anyone have any experience with these treatments?
Hey all!
I feel like I have the perfect storm of skin complaints on my chest and thought I'd ask you all if you have any wisdom. I seem to be spot prone on my chest/décolletage area these days. Nothing major, but little red bumps which are pretty noticeable. I've tried to lay off heavy body creams on that area and they're a little better but still visible. In equal measure, I want to deal with the fine lines that are rearing their head in that area too. I'm 31 and they're already quite noticeable, particularly in the morning.
Any recommendations for treatments that might help fine lines AND help with spots in that area? Should I just use my face products there?
My facial routine (which I'm pretty happy with) -
cleanser, vitamin c, hyaluronic acid, SPF in AM (occasional glossier solution exfoliation in the morning instead of vit c)
retinol and moisturiser in the PM
I've read that the skin on your chest is more sensitive so I was reluctant to start slathering harsh products and actives on there without knowing its a good idea.
Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
I use a lot and have been religious in applying sunscreen daily for years but I actually measured a teaspoon yesterday and it was IMPOSSIBLE to use it all?! But I don’t want sun damage or skin cancer ahhhhhhh.
I recently started using The Ordinary Argireline on my forehead and am loving it so far. Has anyone used it on their neck or décolletage? Is there any reason I should NOT do that? I’m wary because of course the directions say to only put it on targeted areas like forehead and eyes, but my neck and chest are areas of pronounced wrinkling for me.
What do you think? Thanks in advance!
Heya I use misha physical sunscreen and it’s great for my skin! However I’m feeling less and less inclined to use it in those described areas because I run out way too quick. Does anyone have a product recommandation of a voluminous, affordable, physical, high PPD sunscreen I can use for my neck and other extremities? Misha sunscreen doesn’t break out my face, rare for me, though my neck and décolletage almost never breakout from product so I’m quite flexible in that regard. My main goal with using sunscreen on my neck is anti aging.
I have a bizarre problem that I’m unable to solve. Basically I have breasts and I sweat. I’m not overweight, I’m relatively fit and I wash. Most of my skin is frustratingly dry. However, I sweat a lot, especially when I’m asleep. This causes horrible unsightly heat rash and pimples around my cleavage which has got to the point of scarring.
I’ve tried antiperspirant, talc, sleeping with no top. Nothing I have tried works and I’m at the point where I can’t wear the clothes I want to due to the scars and pimples.
Does anyone have any advice? I recently got to the point where I was researching ‘between boob sleeping pillows’....
Yes, the face is important, but I’ve found that if you really want to know someone’s age, you look at their hands because it’s almost always a neglected region for skincare. I want to know just how everyone else is doing their routine for hands and the other areas listed above given that they are larger areas to cover/treat.
Do you focus on them as much as the face or not so much?
So I'm getting married in three months (yay!) and feel pretty happy about my face, since that's where I've been focusing my skincare on. However, when I tried on my wedding dress, I realized that I completely neglected to care for my neck and chest area. My dress isn't plunging, but it does show a little skin.
My question is this: are there any products y'all use that are particularly for the chest and neck or do you tend to just use the same products that you use for your face?
Thank you!
I sleep on my side and have started to get noticeable lines in my cleavage. It’s really upsetting me because my boobs are one of my best features and I feel the wrinkles totally distract from them :(.
Anyone have the same problem and a solution?
Girl on a budget here — I see a lot of comments on here like “Don’t forget the neck!” And “Shoulders are a must” but I just don’t know how you have the money (or time!) to include half your upper body in your routine twice a day! Any secrets?
Especially actives for anti-aging like vitamin c and Retinol serums.
If not, how are they different? How did you go about developing your décolletage regimen?
