A list of puns related to "Drive In Theatre"
So I havenβt been to the Drive-In in quite some time, but I know theyβre operating at around half capacity now. Anyone know how busy itβs been, or how early I should show up if I plan on seeing a 10pm show?
Edit 1: for whoever is downvoting this, it requires less contact, and is safer than a lot of other activities people are doing. No itβs not staying at home, per say, but itβs staying in my car, 20 ft away from the nearest other car. Will post an update after calling them to see about how early I should show up
Edit 2: tried calling them, phone line was pretty well useless, just an audio version of their website. Thanks for the help though guys
Final Edit: just got back from the movie, for reference if anyone is reading this days or weeks down the road, itβs a nice warm Tuesday night. I showed up at 9:30 for the 10:30 showing and got in just fine, I think there was even room to spare when everyone was in. Thanks for all the help guys, much appreciated.
Any drive ins near Boston? Just brainstorming options for getting out of the house...
MoviePass is now allowing members to use their cards at drive-ins. The drive-in operator may have to initiate contact with MoviePass in order to become supported on the app. All the drive-in needs to do is accept credit cards at their ticket office, and to report their weekly movie listing information to Cinema Source via email, so that it will appear on the MoviePass app. If they are doing both of those things, MoviePass is capable of being available at that location, once it has been added on the app.
I live in the UK and they are not a thing here, yet I've seen them in alot of American movies.
Are they still a thing over there or were they more of a vintage thing that stopped, some years ago?
Would love to experience it, even though the sound is surely pretty awful.

I'm looking at tickets for when Godzilla comes out at the end of the month, and was considering going to the Landmark Theatre in Kanata over the Scotiabank Theatre. It's about a 7-10 minute difference in drive, with the Landmark being farther away, and I was wondering if there was any discernible difference between the two, and if the extra drive to Landmark is worth it?

In 1996, an urban legend was born when the Can-View Drive-In was hit by a tornado during a screening of the movie Twister. The story spread throughout town and the unbelievable event was covered by national media. But what's most amazing is ... it might not have happened.
Edit: why I believe this is a ME is because significant number of people who believe in the fact that 'Twister hit Twister ' , Some going as far as being there while it happened. This video analyses Memory but doesn't mention ME . Which I think it is a ME.
My girlfriend and I thought about going to see Jurassic World at the drive-in this evening if the weather holds off. Can anyone speak to the quality of the experience?
Seriously, how fucked up is that? Oh, they made the local news and said "We stay strong with our Christian belief and we don't want this to harm our children." Something like that, anyway. I don't speak "mentally fucking retarded" that well. Very sorry peeps.
This happened when I was coming around to seeing gays as good people. As if I broke the spell of Christianity! What's your problem? You can't show it because you think it will poison your children? That's so stupid! And what's wrong with being gay anyway?
And fuck your Christian values.
Hey guys! I've wanted to go to Bengie's for awhile now but never quite got around to going. Can anyone tell me their experiences 'cause some of the things I've read...weren't overly positive lol. I'll probably end up going at some point but I just wanted some feedback on the place lol. thanks :)
Is the experience worth trying to find a location like that?
I finally have time to see The Avengers π€πΌ
