A list of puns related to "Dench"
How do they come up with stuff. Why do they not know the Millenium Falcon is a YT-1300 fucking freighter, modified by Han Solo (and probably Lando and others before him), and that it is a manufactured ship of which there are more. Designing that (beloved) ship? Does this make sense or is it just me.
Believe it or not, Helen Mirren and Judy Dench have never been in a movie together before. Many great actors and actresses including Helen Mirren were Gosford Park except for Judy Dench.
Tom Hanks was never together before with neither Helen Mirren nor Judy Dench for that matter.
Was Anthony Hopkins in any of Judy Dench movie? He shouldβve been. He and Mirren were together in Hitchcock.
What other actresses and actors have never been together, but should?

If you're determined that James Bond's next boss should be a woman, you really can't go wrong in casting the incomparable Judi Dench. Cool, efficient, and unflappable, Dench's M came on board alongside Pierce Brosnan in GoldenEye, and stayed throughout the Brosnan era. Not only that, but she continued to play M into the Daniel Craig era, which is a remarkable testament to her deftness and popularity in the role. After all, can you think of another actor who has actually managed to transcend a hard reboot? Indeed, Dench's M is easily the most interesting and most three-dimensional of Bond's bosses, although that's partly because the writing favors her. (The stories of The World Is Not Enough and Skyfall even revolve around her to an extent.)
Dench was prolific in the world of theater well before her prominence in film, and has routinely been declared one of Britain's greatest actors. She appeared in several movies before GoldenEye, including Four In the Morning, Kenneth Branagh's Henry V, and A Room With a View, but Bond introduced her to a whole new audience. In 1997 she played the lead in Mrs. Brown, a film about Queen Victoria's relationship with her companion John Brown, and in 1998 she won an Academy Award for her portrayal of Elizabeth I in Shakespeare in Love. From there, she would go on to major roles in Tea With Mussolini, Chocolat, Iris, The Shipping News, The Importance of Being Earnest, Ladies in Lavender, Mrs. Henderson Presents, The Chronicles of Riddick, Notes on a Scandal, J. Edgar, and The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. As if all that weren't enough (and it's still very much an abbreviated list), she is renowned for co-starring with Geoffrey Palmer in the British TV series As Time Goes By.
She also did Cats for some reason.
Is pretty clear the queen of England is a place holder for Judi Dench. Judi just wants to live out a life of acting and doesnβt want the problems of being a queen.
BOOM
I know people love Judi Dench as M (me included) but when it was first announced that she would be playing the new M for Pierceβs run, how did people react? Was the casting met with enthusiasm or concern?
Why did she think pre Casino Royale James Bond was relic of the Cold War what does that even mean its something I always wondered.
She seems like a humble and lovely woman with a relatively simple life - one marriage, one daughter, one grandson. She is called a national treausure. I feel she is too good to be true - could she really be real friends with Harvey Weinstein or Kevin Spacey without knowing them as predators? Moreover, some semi-famous actor/dancer posted that he worked with Dame Judi at the 80s and she was an entitled, spoiled tyrant who made the female dancers cry.
