A list of puns related to "Curse Of The Pharaohs"
We need Star Shards to fully upgrade our armor and hidden blade but the only way to get them is in the afterlife and itβs just an illusion from an Apple of EdΓ©n Then how was posible that Bayek could upgrade his gear with materials he got from an illusion? Someone can explain me if the gear upgrades of βThe Curse of the Pharaohsβ is canon please?
Iβm actually thinking the last canon gear of Bayek was those of the DLC βThe Hidden Onesβ
Alright so, I played the game and I thought it was really good Iβve always like Egypt and itβs lore. Then came the hidden ones, it was ok it was basically just a continuation of the game nothing too special. Then comes CURSE OF THE PHARAOHS and it is fucking awesome, like Iβve played for maybe 1 hour and a half and Iβm in this afterlife sorta thing and itβs just so sick looking. I donβt know if maybe Iβve smoke too much weed today but itβs just so cool looking... I would post a picture but I canβt figure out to add text to it. If anyone is on the edge or rim of buying the dlc I would 100% recommend. I might even like more than the actual game. Well thatβs just my opinion but yeah. Bye.
Currently trying to kill zombie Ramases...and wanting to smash my controller
As a big fan of Egyptian Mythology, I reeeaaaallllyyyy loved The Curse of The Pharaohs DLC. Fighting the iconic pharaohs was a really fun and challenging experience, and each weapon was friggin' brilliant. I also really liked the Serqet outfit, as well as the Amun one. All around I just really like the DLC. I would love to hear your thoughts about it!
Well, this is the first time, to share a question in this reddit. I finished the curse of the pharaohs. After, beating Tutankhamun, and killed Isidora. What is next????
I can't find it anywhere and the fantasy flight website doesn't list it. I'm new to this game and saw thisbexpansion was advised as the first to get but I can't find it for sell anywhere then eBay at jacked up prices and no news on whether or not it's been discontinued. Any ideas?
Apologies if this is an inappropriate post. Thanks!
I don't have the dlc and want to see what outfits there are before buying. Are there any new ones?
I know I'm probably an idiot for this, but I can't seem to defeat Tutankhamen. Reason I say I'm probably an idiot is because every walkthrough I'm seeing basically just says "then you fight Tutankhamen, and when that's over...", but gives details tips on how to defeat the other three. Is he super easy for everyone else? I'm level 55 using Tooth of Sobek, and I use all of my arrows and fire bombs and use overpower as soon as it's available. Basically, I'm throwing everything at him (sometimes literally), and I'm barely even hurting him.
(I put spoiler because I don't know if it's supposed to be a plot twist or not. I was legitimately surprised and excited when I found his tomb)
Edit: I took a break from that quest for a couple of days and went back to the main part of Egypt. Spent a couple of days doing a bunch of side quests and such. Couldn't exactly level up because I'm already level 55, but I can still get ability points, and I've unlocked almost all of the skills. Earlier today I decided to try and elephants. Tried a month ago and could barely hurt one. Today I casually defeated all four elephant areas without taking any damage. So I went back and fought Tut and Rams and casually defeated them. I did take damage, but I took everyone's advice and used the Health On Hit weapons. It was so exciting finally overcoming these two, especially after how angry it was making me the other day. Tonight I defeated them both on my first try.
Title. Finished main game and The Hidden Ones and I loved them both, but I don't think - from what I've read so far - that this DLC helps in any kind to keep progressing or adding more content to the main plot. It seems it's just more terrain, new forts, same mechanics and a big boss behind everything but a completely side story.
Edit: Thanks for the feedback guys. If I get to have more time, I'll surely play this DLC; yall make it sound like it's an awesome one, even if it's not connected to the main plot; I'm focusing on the latter only for now because I wanna try other games in the little time I have to play.
So I heard the devs said you dont need to own / have played the Hidden Ones to play Curse of the Pharaohs. But at the same time they say you should be level 45 to play it, and without hidden ones there is no way to get to 45. Do you guys think it will be tough for people who haven't played the hidden ones, to the point you are almost forced to go buy that other DLC?
TCotP trophies have appear in Playstation, so here there are. I would have shown the images of the trophies but i dont know how to put it.

So I've been playing the last DLC before I move onto Odyssey, and I've just killed Isidora and Rameses (?), then gave the Apple to Sutekh - only I have two main quests left. One to prepare for a ritual, and one to speak with Tahemet - only there's no gold icon to show where they are. Is this as bug, or do I have to find them without aid? Or am I missing something?
Was anyone else slightly disappointed they didnβt go more out there with the dlc? I was kind of expecting to see the gods and more things like the whole apep part in the main story. It was a good expansion donβt get me wrong I just canβt help but feel they could have done way more with the story and everything
I was a big fan of both dlcs added into the game and was wondering if there was anymore planned. I figure not, but wanted to see if anyone else knew anything.
Do you think this is related to something?
And he rains vengeance upon all those who dare try to wake him up, like all of us would.
What is the difference and/or connection between the Aten, Duat, and Aaru in the pharaohs curse? I thought the Aten was from a desperate belief?
