Only about 6 months ago they announced that they began farming on the property. Projected rev from the original farmland was +$20m a year from harvests. This pretty much doubled their available land and yearly rev.
I think this'll be worth $.50-$1 within a year (currently under $.02).

I have a surplus of fruits from my hobby and id like to use it to benefit myself. Ive heard microdosing helps and im looking to try it. Has anyone had/has deppression and microdosed? Did it make your headspace clear? Did you feel motivated? Im having issues with motivation. I wake up and dont feel like getting out of bed cause whats the point, dont feel like doing anything cause whats the point. I have the blessing of VA benefits so i currently dont have/need a job to keep my finances afloat. The bitter part of that sweet deal is im stuck in the house 24/7. Just hoping this works without the need to go to a medical professional and get a script.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
