A list of puns related to "Conciliatory"
Hello. For me it's a choice, you either go full catholic and crush the Reformation or just join it, so I don't see the purpose of an option that's neither here or there, you get what I mean? Am I missing something or is there seriously no purpose of it other than roleplay?
As the title states, I am looking into using Hennepin county conciliatory court on a matter. I closed on a house and during inspection there refrigerator ice maker didnβt have ice. I emailed the sellers a list of questions and they responded claiming it worked. After closing I own the house and inspect it further finding wires at the base snapped, ice maker definitely broken. Additionally the sellers took a fancy light fixture and swapped it with a crappy one and took but didnβt replace some nice curtains. They didnβt disclose theyβd be taking those items and itβs annoying. The original home owners offered only $200 for all the problems. This barely covers getting a tech out to inspect the fridge let alone repairs or the cost of the other items. They have responded that they are annoyed and are brushing us off/generally not willing to negotiate. (through our realtors of course) Anyway I am wondering what some of yβallβs experiences have been and if it has been a huge pain in the ass to go through the court system for things of this nature. Thanks and much appreciated for any feedback!
Or is my perception entirely mistaken?
