Is this normal? I was told the meter would be turned on from the point the cab left the office, long before it reaches me? I have never heard of this in my life. It has to drive approximately 4 miles to collect me. I was told the meter will already be 15 euro approximately when it collects me. From what I can read this is completely illegal. It's happened every night this week.
Edit: just for clarity I was informed I would be charged for the journey to collect me.

Hey guys. Been looking for a few people to group up with if interested. I don't drive so am stuck getting lifts off people if that would be okay with anybody.
