I think that Shauna doesnt like Callie because she reminds her of Jackie, seemingly popular, a little bitchy and very pretty, she even wants to F Callies BF like she did Jackies! Everything Jackie was and Shauna aspired to be in HS but wasn't The fact that Jeff is the father doesn't help either.
There's also guilt, was she involved in whatever happened to Jackie after the crash?

I am one of the many people who quit T-Mobile. I am going to make this post to clear a few things up because I don't want the Bloomberg Callie Field excuses to be taken as fact. I will personally tell you why "The great resignation" is NOT real and the quitting of thousands of people was actually the direct result of Callie Fields and Mike.
1.) It all started last year at the peak of the pandemic. Management decided to lay off hundreds of people, mostly coaches nationwide after they told everyone they aren't laying anyone off because the merger was AMAZING for everyone.. I personally had friends and family laid off, this specific lie caused a lot of employees to begin disliking T-Mobile.
2.)Callie held a meeting and callously told 650 messaging reps to either hit the road and quit or take a demotion. She claimed that customers actually prefer speaking with Outsourced reps over the US. This direct statement lead to a few hundreds more people quitting as those reps did nothing but fix outsource lies all day long. Funny that she now wants sympathy when hundreds of people actually hit the road, right?
3.) The enormous wave of outsourcing that swept across T-Mobile this year was the nail in the coffin. The average representative now spends their entire day cleaning up accounts where the Philipines decided to lie to the customer for a good survey, the customer calls back in and wants an explanation on why they were lied to and to or yell at you when you get yelled at all day for another department that upper management claims customers prefer, it gets really old, really fast. This is why there is a massive hold, agents no longer have any time to do anything BUT fix outsource lies.
4.) US reps are SICK of having their bonus ruined over outsource misconduct. - This is a big reason a lot of people are quitting. Morale is insanely low because people are absolutely sick of answering a call and being told "The outsourced team lied to me and messed up my account!". The US rep fixes the account and he/she is the recipient of the bad survey which was intended for the outsourced rep. (I personally quit over this!) It's a fun game upper management plays, they use stats that say "CuStOmerz Luv da PhiliPineZ"! BUT the stats are flawed because most of the surveys that are meant for the crappy offshore reps, are going to the US reps, making US reps look WORSE than the offshore ones. **(Yeah, agents caught on to your little

Regardless of how you feel about adult Shauna, Callie is an entitled little brat. As a parent, I thoroughly enjoyed that smack down. Callie’s attempt was pure amateur hour.
What if, after Shauna’s verbal takedown the morning after the club, Callie decides to take matters into her own hands and sells off the information she finds in Shauna’s journals.
Doing so would make her the money she wants/needs for college and beyond (after Shauna held her college fund over her head), give her the upper hand over her mother (after Shauna reverse Uno’d her after she tried to leverage the Adam info), and free her to tell her dad about Shauna’s affair without repercussions (the irony: he already knows!).
This would be a delicious twist to me, as it would draw a direct parallel between Shauna and Callie (doing bad things out of self interest) and also follows the teenage-girl-doing-evil theme. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, etc.
What do y’all think? Is Callie capable of being a villain? That’s where I lose my footing a bit. Although I wouldn’t put it past her to go full Regina George and create a Shauna Burn Book.

I just had a customer come in after activating through RSL with an outsourced rep. The rep promised Carrier Freedom on top of the BOGO iPhone promotion. That's coming out of your paycheck, right?
They also promised the free AirPod's for both lines that got iPhones. That one's gonna come from you as well, right?
Oh, they also promised them the 25% SMRA discount on top of their 55+ MAX rateplan. I'm assuming you'll also take the monthly hit for that one, too?
It is not my job to clean up the myriad failures of incompetent outsourced sales reps. I'm gonna do everything in my power to get a direct line to your office and send every one of my customers with issues like this directly to you.
I did, however, blatantly tell them that you had suggested that they enjoyed speaking to outsourced reps more than stateside ones, though. Since they were lied to a bunch by the sales rep, I figured I'd give them a little honesty.

Rewatched 1st episode and a few things. they’re going further North over the Canadian Rockies and so they’re somewhere in Canadian wilderness- I couldn’t figure out how no one could find them if they’re not on an island and still near land/North America. Callie is shauna and Jeff’s 2nd child, right? 25 keeps popping up - Shauna’s address is 825 and the 25th reunion, etc…. There’s also something about the color yellow - obviously right? Javi is not Adam - my family is brown and no one gets lighter with age. If someone’s already shared this sorry for the repeat - I’m just trying to find the apparent connections I missed the 1st time around. With connections to Lilith (fair)/Adam (Jewish lore) the 1st one was held in Vancouver - if that sticks out to anyone? Also, the symbol looks like a person with their arms spread out similar to one of Tai’s son’s pics, but with a curved leg? Am I reaching? I’m reaching. Edit to add the last few sentences
I don’t even mind Penny’s character. I even understand why they brought her in as Callie’s girlfriend for Meredith’s plot purposes. But my god, I wish they chose a different actress cause her and Callie had zero chemistry imo. It’s like her and Erica Hahn all over again.
Did Egon intentionally sacrifice his relationship with Callie to have unfinished business and become a ghost?
If so, what a magnificently tragic, and somewhat morally ambiguous character he is.
Not just to alienate and abandon all his friends, not just to make the sacrifice of losing his family himself, but to inflict it on his kid, and grand kids, is quite a thing.
Bravo to the writers. This is the best thing I've seen in ages.

Alright so Jackie’s mom says that Callie reminds her of Jackie at that age. I am on team Jackie’s not dead because a) too much of a main character and b) Bring it On. Someone I saw on Twitter counted all the ceramic bunnies in Shauna’s house and counted 16, which would mean that Jackie’s parent have only been thinking of her as dead for 16 years. Callie is about 16 right?
So, what if Callie is Jackie’s daughter. Maybe she was rescued, attempted to live a normal life, had to watch Shauna and Jeff get married, slept with Jeff, got pregnant, that caused a massive rift/fight and that’s when she ‘went’ again, leaving Shauna and Jeff to raise the baby.
Maybe she died/was killed. Or maybe she faked her death or was banished. Personally I’d love it if she had gone back to the wilderness because that was the only place she could live/feel in touch with her true self. It would also leave scope for Callie being somehow involved with present day events if she had somehow found out.

Do you think Callie is short for Calpurnia? She was the Caesar’s wife who kept warning him about the various omens and signs that he was in danger (that he ultimately didn’t heed). We’ve seen this play out all season as Callie shows her mom the empty google search for “Adam Martin,” who as an artist should definitely have an internet presence, and who questions whether his interest in Shauna is pure or just a way to get closer to a Yellowjackets survivor.
Sara has openly said that they would certainly consider coming back to Grey's. I don't think Jessica would say no either, because like Sarah Drew, she is still on good terms with some cast members.
I think it all depends on Krista. It's on her whether to let this golden opportunity go or not. Plus, I'm not sure whether she'd allow Jessica to come back since she was the one who made the decision to write off Robbins.
