In Gen2, the breastplate sections of all the unique armours were replaced in their entirety to cater for different needs, but one issue that has been overlooked is that despite the reduced cost of Gen2, they are still very expensive, and assuming a unit had to have three different chestplates for each Spartan IV for different environments, I think the cost would be much higher than having three different attachments for them, and the Gen3 Mk7 platform Perhaps the Gen3 Mk7 platform would be better suited to the current UNSC? Modularity allows for minimal arbitrary adjustments rather than replacing a whole set of armour?
Just out of curiosity, how many have done their armors with the full, solid style breastplate? And of this who have, what are some of the challenges you encountered? I'm working on designing my armor currently, and thinking of going solid style, so, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The silicone breast plate I use is tearing at the armpit and neck, it's only a matter of time until goes. I want ones that are silione filled and want them to move and fall like real breasts. Do any of you know of any that are like that or general recommendations for breastplates?
Hi everyone! I'm really excited about the possibility of modding RF4 on Steam so I started making a Photoshop PSD file of layers for easily modding Frey's base sprite hair color and hair colour.
I also painted over her breastplate in a few different styles to remove the tassels, remove the boob outlines, etc.
I'm working on a very old version of Photoshop so hopefully these layers are usable for others!

I added:
- Ombre effect for hair
- Most of her default outfit separated out for recolouring each piece
- Dress outfit recoloured
- Wedding roses and ribbons recoloured
- Hair ribbons recoloured
- Everything better organised in general

Up next is a PSD of the facial expressions for easy modding. I'm separating them into layers for each eye brow and eye shape. I should hopefully be done with it in the next couple of days at the latest!

Singing Steel > The wielder or wearer can strike the singing steel as part of beginning a bardic performance. If the wielder can normally start a bardic performance as a standard action, he can do so as a move action instead. If the wielder can normally start a bardic performance as a move action, he can do so as a swift action instead. If the wielder can normally start a bardic performance as a swift action, he can do so as a free action instead.
Currently running around as a Skald and equipped a +5 Singing Steel Breastplate, but was not able to beging a Raging Song as a Free Action (only Swift was allowed, as per the level 13 Skalding Performance feature).
I'm uncertain if the feature works for the previous actions (Pre-level 13 Skald). Raging Performance generally counts as a Bardic Performance to begin with, so probably an oversight.
I am tiny and very skinny. Are there any good silicone breastplates which would fit me without being completely loose?
