This post will be long, so tl;dr - if you're not a fan yet, I'll try to convince you that Hobgoblins can be an awesome, varied and fun race. Please tell me later if I had any success in that. But there was a lot of posts about them and they're a basically Greenskins riding wolves ad nauseam! - you may say and add: - That's boring!
My roster is different, because I didn't care much about lore. I did care a little, but I think we need to add one thing to them to make them more interesting - Postapocalypse.
Fallout + Mad Max + Hobgoblins. I'm especially proud of my artillery units, like mobile Sludge Pump or Cloud Gun.
LOW TIER UNITS
Hobgoblin Warriors - basic melee unit with axes or spears & shields, higher tier variants have cool lammelar armor and dual (anti-infantry) scimitars or great scimitars (armour piercing). Stronger than goblins, weaker than orcs.
Hobgoblin Archers - basic ranged infantry (higher tier has Poison and Whistling Arrows - remember Shogun 2, those arrows scare enemies!) More accurate than their goblin and orc cousins. Higher tier variant could also have nice and shiny lamellar armor.
Hobhounds - I'm not excited for another ''dog'' unit, but here we are. I would make them anti-large, because they probably like hunting bigger prey - so an early, cheap anti-large unit in roster.
Hobgoblin Wolfriders (also with Firelance variant) - cheap, fast, expendable cavalry. A little better than goblin wolfriders. Firelances explode on impact and grant fire damage, ensuring that the first charge is always powerful.
MID TIER
Hobgoblin Berserkers - Very fast anti-infantry infantry, no defence and armor, not very interesting imho, but if someone want's them included then it's fine for me. Fragile damage-dealers.
Hobgoblin Wolf Archers - Self-explanatory. Could be fun with some variants (see hobgoblin archers^), will harass enemy.
Smoke Boyz - Or Hobsmoke? Anyway, an interesting bomb infantry unit. They can throw several smoke grenades, creating a large area where units can be concealed for several minutes, or they can just throw ''regular'' anti-infantry grenades, lowering enemy morale.
Sneaky Trapperz - Vanguard deployment, stealthy unit with dual poisoned daggers and hunting bows. Better in melee than Smoke Boyz, Trapperz surprisingly can... set invisible traps and visible obstacles on the battlefield. Let's say you fight Bretonnia. As you deploy your troops, y

Looks like Jeff and Matt are wrestling together on an indie show this March. Assuming everything is alright with Jeff coming in, I expect to see the two have a tag run in AEW which is cool because they're iconic and I think Matt Hardy has been struggling to find his thing in AEW so far.
But my question is do they deserve a title run? A part of me would like to see them take the belts off FTR and then after a few months drop them to the Young Bucks in what would be a goddamn awesome match.
But part of me wants to keep the belts around the waists of younger guys. But then maybe the Hardy Boyz could take the AAA titles for a while?

Wait, so... what now? What kind of unit is that? And apparently the shoota boyz can only be made as shoota boyz, and the slugga boyz can only be made as slugga boyz, so... are we just stuck with a mixed unit from now on?
So I’m very new to the 40k hobby (just started last October) and I’ve just got my first Ork minis, and I’ve wanted to paint them with yellow skin (like as if from some sulfuric planet) and to have their armor painted purple, but I know all about how “ain’t no wun nevuh seen no purple ork”. Can I still do this and have them be received well in the community? 😰
