A list of puns related to "Battle Of Saratoga"
Via NYT as of 7 minutes ago (did you guys know we get a NYT subscription from RPI?). If the administration was waiting for a shoe to drop before they made any decisions about classes, this is a heck of a shoe.
Copied from the FB post of The State of Colorado vs Chris Watts. The original article is at denverpost.com
One year after the murders of Shanann, Bella and Celeste Watts, their Frederick house sits empty, waiting for a public auction in September.
Abandoned house notices are taped to a front door surrounded by stuffed animals, flowers and balloons placed there in recent days as the one-year anniversary of their deaths approached.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom house, built in 2013, will go up for auction at 10 a.m. Sept. 18 in Greeley, according to Weld County Trustee records. The home is in default, records show.
Several neighbors were afraid to talk to The Denver Post for fear of harassment from supporters of Christopher Watts, who killed his wife inside the home on Aug. 13, 2018 and then later that day smothered his two daughters in a rural Weld County oil field.
Others who live close to the house at 2825 Saratoga Trail worried about their property values, including one who is planning to retire and put his house on the market in a couple of weeks. Others still were struggling to comprehend the killings and how someone they thought they knew could carry out something so heinous.
Several neighbors, including Joanie Wakeman, suggested the Wattsβ house be torn down and turned into a park and memorial for Shanann, Celeste and Bella Watts.
The intense activity from media trucks and visitors to the neighborhood has died down, or as Wakeman, a self-proclaimed news junkie, called it: the ever-present chaos. And even though Wakeman doesnβt drive by the Wattsβ house, the murders weigh on her.
βThere probably is a sense of being a little more guarded,β Wakeman said.
Although Wakeman isnβt worried about her own homeβs value β she lives a street over from the Wattsβ house β she knows that neighbors who are closer have those concerns. On her street, a family moved into the neighborhood a couple of months ago.
The Watts bought the 4,177 square foot house in April 2013 with a $392,709 loan, according to real estate records. The outstanding balance on the loan is $349,938. The home is valued at $583,500, according to realtor.com.
The house went into default in December, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, the lender, has 12 months to sell it, Weld County Public Trustee Suzie Velasquez said. If the house went into bankruptcy, the timeline to sell would be extended.
He rear ended us and motioned us to pull over, but then took off.
We got his license plate number and car make/model and called the police, but they said that we have to go there and fill out a police report.
What happens to these people? Do they get in trouble? Do we get their info from the police at some point for insurance? Are we totally screwed?
Hey guys!
Maybe not the best place to ask, but I'm hoping to fit in a couple of early morning 3 mile runs before tackling the parks! I'm well aware of the buses/transport between the resorts, but not familiar at all with how well they connect by foot! Is there any way I can loop from Caribbean Beach to the other resorts to get in a good 3 mile run? Even just a 1.5-2mile out and back would be awesome. They say there's jogging trails in the resorts, but doesn't really explain if they connect or not or give a trail map, so anything would be appreciated!
Thank you so much!

... keep reading on reddit β‘I bet My Picks every week regardless of whether I post them on this subreddit. I spend hours looking thru tracks and races, then if I find some races I like, then several more hours breaking them down which includes looking thru their breeding. The more prepared I am. the more my chances increases of finding a nice paying exacta, trifecta, or even superfecta. It has come to my attention that a couple of readers on this subreddit that questions my knowledge, including one that asked my opinion of a race at Tampa Bay a few months ago which I replied to him of my opinion. If he had bet exactly what I suggested, he would have hit both the exacta paying close to $250 on a $1 ticket and a trifecta paying close to $500 on a $1 ticket. Apparently, he did not follow my advice because yesterday he was one of the main ones questioning my handicapping skills. And if it continues, he will not only screw him self but all the other readers on this subreddit. I spend hours giving everyone information that will prove useful for years to come. If you do not believe it , that is ok. You do not have to use it. But why risk it for everyone else.
Saratoga 1st race-- 3)Bourbon Resolution(2-1) looks best in here. His sire won the G1 BC Juvenile and this is his first crop to race. 7) Hoard(20-1) is a son of Ky Derby winner Super Saver and his broodmare sire is Speightstown who was a sprint champion in the U.S. on dirt and currently a top sire. 2)Lionite(7-2) is my third pick. Ex Box 3-7, Tri Box 2-3-7. Since the 3 is expected to get off at least than 3-1, I will pass on betting him to WP.
2nd race-- 6)Painter's Rags(8-1)is my pick to win. His trainer does best with turf runners and one mile should fit this horse. 1)Entry of Perro Rojo & Rolling Smoke(12-1) will be included in my exacta box. Perro Rojo was chasing some of the better 3 YOs earlier this year and looks to have found a spot where he can be competitive in. Rolling Smoke's sire Lentenor is a full brother to ill fated 2006 Ky Derby winner Barbaro. And you get these two with the same bet. 11)Hembree(10-1) will be my third pick because his breeding also suggests a mile on turf will be the distance and surface he likes the best. ex Box 1-6, tri box 1-6-11, WP 6.
3rd race: Pass-- wide open.
4th race: 7)Majestic Dunhill(8-1) is my pick to win. He is bred to be near the pace and lead throughout. He should prove to be tough to catch. 10)Midnight Tea Time(10-1) and 9) Johnny Ray(10-1) are horses with good trainers and I h
