A list of puns related to "Basketball At The Summer Olympics"
From what I understand, USA might not be using the same players on their 5-on-5 team as they will on the 3-on-3. Even if that is so, who would you want to see play in the halfcourt, shooting and rebounding dominated game?
After the disappointing showing in the World Cup this summer USA Basketball will look to avenge and show the world that they are still the kings of the basketball world here's a preview of guys that will most likely be in contention. I used the 32 man roster USA Basketball put out in 2018 and I will add some guys who have maybe broken out since then.

just a thought i had
Hey guys! Bill Simmons had an interesting discussion with Malcolm Gladwell on his podcast yesterday. They were talking about how fluid the Olympic Basketball games were to watch and how the NBA could profit from a potential change in timeout rules to make their product more appealing. I personally couldn't agree more. I would watch way more NBA games if they would get rid of all those unnecessary (long) timeouts and have a bit more fluidity to them. What are your guys' thoughts on this?

How cool would it be if one of our young guys were on team USA and got a chance to win a Gold Medal at home.
I know its really far off and lots of things could change, but who has the best chance of making it on to that Olympics team?
Ricky Rubio has to get my vote. He's supposed to stand out from the competition since he's a starting point guard in the NBA but he's looked pretty bad for Spain and deservedly not gotten many of the end-game minutes, especially with his inability to make any sort of field goal.
I just read some shit about how the Olympic Village is uninhabitable. I was wondering if Team USA Basketball has stayed in the other villages in past Olympics, and if they will stay somewhere else for Rio because they are rich and can.
Yes, it's an actual Olympic sport!
Have we heard of any reports of current or former NBA players who plan to represent the USA in the Olympics? Any idea how teams are formed?
Previously best placed 4th, but with big wins over France and Serbia, they must finally have a chance?
"Are you a pole vaulter?" I asked.
"No," he responded. "I'm a German. But how did you know my name is Walter?"
