From what I understand, and atabeg is a Turkic/Turkish successor state to the Great Seljuk Empire after it's collapse. However, some of its successor states don't go by the title of "atabeg". Off the top of my head, here are some of these successors:

I'm sure there are more, but only about half of these (as I understand them) identify as atabegs. If I had to guess, I'd say they're all technically atabegs but if they went by another title then they used that as it was more prestigious? Like the ruler of RΓ»m being seen as a sultan gave him far more power and authority than being seen as just another beg/ atabeg?
I may be completely wrong here so please correct me if I am but, by that logic, would the Zengids moreso be thought of by historians as an emirate? To my knowledge, RΓ»m and the Zengids were the two most important successor states since they were the strongest and survived longer than their counterparts in Iran, and calling them "atabegs" would just lump them together with the other (more forgetful) successors.

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
