Itto's 4th passive: For a short time after using Masatsu Zetsugi: Akaushi Burst! or performing a dash, Itto's Normal Attack combo will not be reset.
I didn't see much discussion on his passive: Itto can do 123 - NA chain - dash and then do the 4th NA instead of restarting the combo. This will really help to get his stacks and mobility.
