Not too long ago, a recent report by the truth and reconciliation commission of Canada imitated a finding into residential schools run by churches and the government. Now most of you won't care about this because it's Canada but this shows the negative impact Christianity had on the aboriginal people. They sterilized them, forcibly removed them from their families and sexually abused them. This left the aboriginal people in ruins as many have suffered severe PTSD and depression.
