Saw them play at Leppakkomies and a weekend festival in Helsinki (near Kamppi I think) at least 5 years ago.
They had at least 9 members including a guy with a white tuba (think it was a tuba)

In case you were not aware of this: there exists a Finnish band called Auri, named after the character from The Name of the Wind. Some of their lyrics were inspired by Name of the Wind, and it even became the title of one of their songs. Also, I checked out their music, and I would 100% recommend. reddit.com/gallery/os5t3d
