Wasn't me. If it was me I would let my slaves free. I had nothing to do with any of it as I wasn't born yet. I should not be held accountable for what my ancestors did hundreds of years ago because I wasn't there and I didn't make the choices.

I'm wondering because I've seen data which shows that Black Americans have over 25% of their White DNA from a White Female Ancestor, which surprised me as I had previously believed that only White Men at the time engaged in sexual abuse against Black Women.

Its triggers me to no end when white people say they hate slavery and would have joined the resistance. What is this magical empathy they think they're embued with when they are always low key cruel to each other and especially WOC. WP w/ COC and POC Spouses are sometimes worse than overt racists.
They never speak up when someone is being racist, if they even notice at all and even when there is no risk to their money. They can marry all the brown people they want and legally steal as many black babies as they want, but why do they have to go out of their way to pretend not to be racist? It triggers folk. They can't even show empathy when they're pretending to know what it is.
