A list of puns related to "Wedge (geometry)"
Build Update: New Wedge Geometry Emdrive Revealed
It is the culmination of countless hours of work and dozens of simulations. This emdrive resonates at mode TE203 (what looks like TE013 in the frustum geometry) at 2.45Ghz. It also incorporates a small waveguide.

Tomorrow I will mount the new emdrive to the torsional pendulum and begin the balancing/calibration process.
I have to manually enter the RF frequencies and power on/off based on a video I make that captures the spectrum analyser with time stamp. One was capturing my local time (which was off 10 seconds) and the other UTC. So there was a 4:01:10 difference between the two. I had not accounted for the 10 sec portion in my previous charts, so they are completely wrong. This was a post from yesterday that I deleted.
This new chart is much more interesting, and I have double-checked it. Notice displacement as soon as RF is present and maximum displacement at peak return loss.

So I recently bought a tier 1 wedge pack, every size except medium since I bought it secondhand, and none of them seem to help conceal the gun any better AIWB. If anything they just make the holster appear bigger in my pants. Iβve got it in the right spot AFAIK, inline with the slide near the bottom of holster.
Iβm a thin guy - 6β1β 170. Is it possible a wedge just wonβt benefit me? It seems like maybe Iβm just trying to fix a problem that doesnβt exist. Iβm carrying a full size pistol in a Phlster Floodlight and it concealed pretty well before, I just thought this may make it even better.
I have a Sony KV27FS100 that had some pretty bad issues so I decided to do a dynamic yoke adjustment (it was the only way to fix some of the issues). So now I've been playing with the yoke as my free time allows but I seem to be going in circles. I can get the grid geometry to a good spot now within minutes (current picture isn't too good, I can get it much better), that's not a problem anymore. The problem is the convergence. When I switch to the convergence grid in the 240p test suite all hell breaks loose. I have either have bad horizontal separation across the top and bottom (in the white squares just below the red row) or I have the corners on the top left and right hooking upwards (UPIN adjustment does not fix this) or I have the red discoloration (turning orange/yellow) on the left center edge of the CRT (this happens when I tilt the yoke too far back I think, its not a magnetization issue). I can't seem to get all three into an acceptable balance. I also can't seem to completely fix the linearity issue on the left side of the screen. I can make it a bit better sometimes, but it's still kind of screwed up. From what I can tell it's the red boarder on the left side that's having the issue, not the last row of white squares (they just look smaller because the red is severely overlapping them).
I've discovered some movements that can fix certain problems, but I still feel like I'm just blindly moving the yoke around and hoping it will magically find the sweet spot. I'm wondering if part of my problem is that I'm not adjusting the yoke correctly. Currently I have the screw pretty loose and I'm really moving the yoke around until I think it's in a good spot then I lightly shim it to take a better look at the screen and then switch from the grid to the convergence screen (or vice versa). I'm wondering if I shouldn't have the screw tighter (just a half turn or so loose), all the shims in, and try and do little movements instead (maybe sliding the shims in and out to adjust) because not matter how I try I can't quite hold the yoke in the 'perfect position' with one hand and get all the shims in with the other so things are always moving when I attempt this. I'm not being rough when I move the yoke or anything, but I'm afraid all this moving things around is going to break the yoke or the neck somehow.
One thing I'm considering doing is putting a piece of paper across the middle of the screen so I can tell when the sides are bowing up. I'm pretty sure th

>Hi,
>
>Just thought weβd drop in here and address a few of the things that have been raised in this thread!
>
>Overall the criticism here is perfectly understandable, and warranted. It is a frustrating situation where OWI has made content promises and then not hit our own targets and delivered them to you. Weβre aware that our communication has not always been what our players would hope to see, whether it was too open at times, sharing production dates that were unrealistic, or too quiet and going through a spell of radio silence.
>
>Itβs an adjustment as we find the balance, and OWI has been growing the team to handle properly keeping you the players informed. Part of this is hiring a new Community Manager, which weβre in the process of doing, after Krispy left last year.
>
>We are working on new initiatives to keep you informed, and have posted several times at the end of 2021 giving you updates on projects and giving you insight into whatβs happening behind the scenes at OWI.
>
>As others have pointed to, what Iβll do is point out that all of our updates can be found here: https://joinsquad.com/updates/
>
>One of the things that weβve seen is that the primary thing we need to adjust from a communication standpoint is that we have to fix the Roadmap. Itβs a top priority for us right now, and we hope to have some communication addressing that in the coming days.
>
>Game development takes time, has its ups and downs, and not everything that happens at OWI is going to be for public consumption or discussion. We need to keep you informed more, but also the more we keep you informed the more keeping you informed slows the rate of development, so we need to strike a balance. Keeping you informed but also not allowing those queries to get in the way of work on the content, updates, and bug fixes you want to see in Squad. As the pandemic continues, we also experience some additional delays related to illness.
>
>We are working to do better, be better, and serve you better as our players and community.
>
>One thing we do want to push back on is the trend in this thread to single out an individual employee for blame. Nothing that happens at OWI is one personβs fault, and certainly not the person in question. Thereβs a lot of reasons the
A bot potato.
I've seen a lot of thinly veiled stuff, mostly from one post chumps, or trolls that come in to say "nice fake story bro.", but posts from others that don't seem to get this concept fully.
You support everyone in your class, period. Without equality those differences are used as wedges to drive us apart.
Manufactured outrage machines want to keep us divided and keep our class down by stopping us from uniting. In the class struggle how is a white south texan guy that delivers newspapers any different from the new yorker that's a gay, black, trans woman working at a retail store?
You aren't, but they'll tell you you are. You're both cogs used by your bosses, and you're replaceable until you both look at each other and realize that it's you vs them, exploited vs the exploiter.
Because his pi(es) r squared.
So I told him, "Geology rocks, and geometry rules, but geography is where it's at!"
Edit: shoutout to u/brocko33 for fixing my joke.
A plane cheeseburger.
I recently had the chance to test a nakiri and a Japanese-made vegetable cleaver.
The first one performed like a laser; each cut was effortless and smooth. It felt a bit small in my hand and couldnβt find a comfortable and relaxed grip.
The cleaver seemed like a better fit; the tall blade felt perfect and liked the short handle that kept the weight balanced a bit forward. However, the feedback was odd, it seemed to wedge into vegetables.
I think the reason may lie in different blade geometries: nakiris have a steep profile that keeps itself thin well above the bevel while cleavers get thick soon past it.
Anything around that offer the best of both knives?
Take a look at this Mcusta Zanmai:
