I can finally write weβre husband and wife! πππΌ After all this months of ups and downs, all the confusions and good times, all the moments I thought that was itβ¦ is done!!
Oh, the blessed moment in which I realized (for real, not only read it) that all the bad things that were happening or that I was telling myself were going to happen were as real as my best dreams. Itβs all inside of us. I had been convincing myself of a story that made me unhappy until it became true; and I was telling myself more bad things related to him, even if I had no proof. It was all my βintuitionβ (ha!), but in reality it was me creating it, first on my mind and then for real.
I knew he loved me. He had shown it again and again, he had told me too. But I told myself he would make a marriage by convenience, as is accepted on his culture. And I saw the ghost of that girl, a poor imitation of me, everywhere. I could not get rid of it. But I was keeping the story on my mind, that was the problem.
I let it go. I simply did. He loved me and he would do the correct thing for us. And he did. I thought it would be long, painful, difficult. It wasnβt. He just saw his fears had no basis, and that a life next to me was more valuable than anything else. He just looked at me in the eyes, as I had imagined, and told me: Marry me. And I said yes. And I cried a bit out of happiness π And we kissed. After months of not kissing, being so close but no kissing, we did. It was simple, short and beautiful. And we started to speak about the wedding right away.
We did something very simple, signing the papers with the witnesses. We will make a nice one, when the business go ahead. For now, we just wanted to be husband and wife.
That first night together was the happiest I can remember. We have had great nights together before, but nothing like that. PURE HAPPINESS. The best feeling is knowing that all that nervousness, the not knowing, the dreading, the fear⦠is gone. It all turned out like the best dream. And it was all up to me, all I had to do was to live it before in my imagination.
Matchmade mini-raid with rotating bosses every week, a variety of encounters that wouldn't make the activity mind-numbing, and the freedom to choose the armor element or a specific weapon from a decently sized pool with the masterwork of your liking. Not going to be critical of Vex Offensive as we don't have the full activity yet, but I hope the Undying Mind is bit more in-depth than the current Vex Offensive.

Edit since I need to clarify this shit apparently: I'm not comparing anyone TO Lakshimi, I'm saying we are in a similar situation as players where we can see a small part of the future without knowing HOW TO ACT ON IT.

...I truly truly believe the actors can act well. Not only that, but both the actors, and the characters they play, seem like they have A LOT of personality.
I swear, it'd be a huge wasted potential, if they dont get a bit of a personal story arc... Or involvement in the big main plot of the anomaly.
Miller is getting a bit more extra screen time than Nylah, and I truly see difficult for her to get any relevance in the series so late... But who knows!
IDK, everytime I see them on screen, I swear my face lights up... xD
