Listen, I know we all love Ghost and very few of us are thrilled about the idea of a co-headliner, but let’s not be toxic. I’ve seen several comments all over the place from Ghost fans being excited about Volbeat canceling their set due to Covid and hoping it happens again before the show they will be attending. Whether you like it or not, Volbeat is a large band in their own right and wishing them ill will is despicable. Do better. I personally wish Jon a speedy recovery and hope you do too. Respect each-other out there, the world is too toxic as is.
Volbeat & Ghost Saw ‘em In Reno last night. There were about 2/3 Ghost fans to 1/3 Volbeat fans.
The Ghost fans could barely get into the Volbeat stuff while we were having the best time.
Volbeat had awesome lighting and stage effects and presence. They rocked it as expected.
Looking around, you could just see small pockets of people rocking out and 2/3 of the people (Ghost fans) just standing there going “Huh?”
As for Ghost, I stayed for a few songs, to check ’em out. Their fans still just stood there going “Huh?”, but they seemed happier.
Their stage was all messed up, they played half of their first song behind a curtain because the stage hands couldn’t pull it down…. Which was funny AF.
Ultimately, I took off after 3 or 4 songs in because Ghost was just blah. The parking had tons of Volbeat fans leaving the same time that I was.
As I expected, the fans of Volbeat and Ghost don’t really crossover. (Maybe, a solution would be to giving out energy drinks to the Ghost fans.)
I’m going to go again to the show in Nampa, Idaho because they messed up my VIP and promised that they’d make up for it there. So, I’ll see if the energy is any different.

I know they're co-headlining, I'm just curious who'll be on first since (to me) they both are pretty big bands. Also curious because I plan on skipping Twin Temple, they're not my taste, and I'd be more okay with missing a couple minutes of Volbeat than Ghost
Just secured tickets to the Volbeat / Ghost show in Cincinnati on Feb 19th. So stoked! I haven't been to a concert in so long, like 1999. Anyone else going to see them, even if not this show?

I went to the concert earlier this evening and honestly it was a religious experience, lol. Volbeat was perfect and intense and amazing and Ghost was striking and awesomely crazy and I watched the entire set open-mouthed. Concert-goers or fans of either band please share!
I read somewhere there is a 7" record of the songs Ghost and Volbeat covered for the Metallica Blacklist album and it's available at all shows in the US exclusively.
I would love to have it, but because i live in the Netherlands i won't be able to get one.

Just listened to Volbeat And Twin Temple, Gotta say i'm impressed with the bands, Volbeat gives me a early 2000's vibe while Twin Temple gives me a late 50's Doo-wop vibe. I'm extremely excited for their tour with Ghost and I can't wait to see them live!!!!

Instead of Illuminate, Volbeat has the ability Simple.
I mean yeah, haha Simple Tail Glow go brrr, but I honestly don't think it makes that much of a difference. Illumise still has poor coverage and a bad defensive typing, and it's pretty frail and slow. Would an instant one-turn +6 SpA even be enough to make it good in PU?
Hey everyone, so I started giving Volbeat a deep dive listen due to their upcoming Co-Headline tour with Ghost, one of my favorite bands. I was really blown away by how much energy they play with and am really regretting not giving them a chance sooner.

I got into them when they broke into the mainstream and I thoroughly enjoyed Beyond Hell and Outlaw Gentlemen along with smatterings of their older stuff, but stopped paying attention after Outlaw Gentlemen. So I have tix for the Ghost/Volbeat concert in Dallas in February, so I’ve been listening to the other acts.
Twin Temple is lit, but I’m trying to get into volbeat and they just sound really boring? Like I listened to guitar gangsters and the entire thing feels very one-note musically. Anybody else in this sub having that problem with the band?
It’s weird bc I’ve seen Volbeat live before with Metallica, and I thought they were okay even though I was mostly thinking “when is Metallica gonna get onstage.”
I'm so excited, I've never been to a concert before! Got into Ghost a couple months ago on the recommendation of a good friend and they have quickly rocketed to be one of my favorite bands! Couldn't be more excited and just wanted to share!

I just wanted to check in and say I'm blown away by Servant of the mind album.
I had only ever heard of one song by Volbeat and I decided to give their new album a listen after it was recommended by Spotify.
Every single song is incredible.
I haven't liked an entire album this much in a long time.

Backstory: I <3 Ghost and saw they were coming to Denver. I didn't know Volbeat, so I checked them out. They are basically the best thing ever, and I'm more pumped for them than I was for Ghost. Obviously I bought tickets. 2 seats, section 210, row 3.
Then for Christmas, my brother surprised me with... Ghost tickets! 2 seats, section Section 114, Row 16.
I now have 4 tickets to this concert. And, oh yeah, I just moved here from the East Coast (sorry) and I don't really have friends. I'm hoping I'll be able to swing a date and use 2 tickets, but let's be honest, the dating scene is brutal these days, so my odds aren't great.
Right, so I've got these tickets, and I plan to use 1, maybe 2. I'm happy in either section, so everything is on the table. Basically, make me a trade offer. Money is lame; stories are cool.
Do you homebrew beer? Can you stitch up a ripped jacket? Have a weird-but-cool old piece of furniture you want to get rid of? Help me do a brake job? Yoga classes? Can you draw a dragon (car optional)?
I'm not overly concerned with the value of the thing being equal. Just would prefer something that comes with a fun story and human touch to selling the tickets back to TicketMaster and buying junk on Amazon.
