A list of puns related to "Vietnamese iced coffee"
Title :)
I know crossroads coffee and ice cream has it but their hours suck and it's hard to get there when they're actually open.
Anywhere else sell it?
Anywhere in the greater Richmond and Petersburg area is fine.
Anyone know of a place that sells it so I can make it at home (without ordering online, trying to get it today)
Thanks in advance
Looking for a good mug size Vietnamese iced coffee recipe. I saw this one on the Nespresso website for the original capsules, but looks like it makes a pretty small cup.
Ya'll got any good recipes for the Vertuo? Like what capsule? And the amount of condensed milk?
Thanks!
Iβm craving it like crazy!
Okay, does anyone know how I can make Vietnamese iced coffee at home? I just had one today for the first time and I can never go back! Problem is they are like $4.25 a pop and I canβt afford that on a daily basis, so Iβm thinking maybe making my own is an option. Any help is very appreciated!
I was wondering if anyone has ever tinkered with doing something like this, or would have any general tips for trying to make it.
I was planning on grinding significantly finer than I normally would for an aeropress, and letting it brew for longer, then press it over condensed milk and ice. I'm aware it wouldn't be a traditional way to make this drink but I was hoping for some advice on how to get it as close as possible. Thanks!
Hi all,
I'm starting a vietnamese iced coffee business with a businesspartner and we're pretty stumped on names. So far we've got:
- Saigon brew
- Simply ca phe (ca phe is the vietnamese translation for coffee)
What do you guys think? If you have any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Too disabled to make it myself
Hey all! Recently moved here and been trying to find the best (most traditional) Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Tried those from boba shops, Station 38, Maestro, and Saigon Corner. Saigon Corner in Natomas was the closest (pretty good!) but just wanted to expand my options. Any suggestions?
Yesterday, I tried to recreate a Vietnamese iced coffee by ordering an iced shaken espresso with sweet cream and sugar free vanilla. It was really delicious, but the baristas seemed confused when I ordered it. Is there a better way to replicate a Vietnamese iced coffee at Starbucks?
I just came back from vacation in Savannah, GA and noticed many of the coffee shops had thai Iced coffee as a menu item but I've never seen it on a menu in Columbus, ever. It's been years since I've had one here and at one point I would ask restaurants/coffee shops if they served them and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.
Not asking about Vietnamese Coffee shops.... itβs approaching finals week for school and American coffee (Starbucks) ainβt cutting it.
Where can I order some good iced coffee? Thanks!
So I know thereβs a sizable Viet population in Albuquerque. Iβm new in town and Iβm wondering if there are any spots to grab Vietnamese iced coffee?
We had a great spot back home that specialized in it, and Iβm looking for something similar here, but honestly if itβs a pho place that just has great iced coffee that works too.
Anyone have any recommendations?
Pre covid I used to get it all the time at a place, but I haven't really been able to go during this time.
Does anyone have a way of making it that they would recommend?
My favorite local coffee shop makes a Vietnamese iced coffee with espresso and sweetened condensed milk. Itβs delicious, but it costs money and involves going to a place during a pandemic in a state where cases continue to rise (NC, USA).
So I attempted to make it at home with a Moka pot. I used 20g of pretty fine-ish (12 on the encore) medium roast washed Ethiopian Yirg. Got ~100g of liquid after the brew. I used a 2:1 coffee to sweetened condensed milk (1:1 was waaay too sweet) and enough ice to make it cold.
It was good, A little too sweet, and overpowered a lot of the coffee flavors. I need to try doing either 3:1 or maybe a finer grind or both. I havenβt really dialed in my moka pot method (open to suggestions) as mostly been doing chemex or FP. This was already my second cup and Iβm feeling a little caffeine buzzed so I canβt try again yet.
What beans work best for making Thai or Vietnamese ice coffee? I still havenβt been able to recreate the flavor you get in restaurants. Thanks!
