Iβll pay in state tuition at UMN TC (15k a year tuition)
And out of state at Georgia tech (34k a year)
Basically is Georgia tech CS worth an extra 19k?
Hi everyone. I am a transfer student and tend to study political science at the undergraduate level. Now there are chances between UMN twin city campus and The University of Georgia. Could you give some advice about the choice? thank you a lot!

Went to Modist this past weekend after they added the requirements, it definitely made me feel more at ease with people moving around us and being unable to be distanced.
So as the title says, I'll be moving to the Twin Cities in February or March (yes I'm mentally preparing for the cold). I'm really excited, and I spent a few months in Dinkytown back in 2019. I would like to live the city life again in Minneapolis where groceries and restaurants were in walking distance.
I keep hearing advice from the people I'll be working with and friends in the area that it is not safe right now to live in Minneapolis with the violence going on. Personally, I've always found that to be exaggerated and I just pay attention to my surroundings when out and about alone.
How safe is it? Are the people I've been talking to exaggerating the conditions?
Made an appointment for my daughter at Park Dental, and they do not require their staff to be vaccinated, and "aren't allowed to ask." This is unacceptable for my family.
Are there any dentist who do require a shot and are forthcoming about it?
Like it literally has 160k people. it's not a small town. maybe it's because he lived in/near the northeast metropolis for the majority of his life?
My partner's birthday is coming. I can research and read reviews all day, but there's something about a true food experience that I'm seeking.
We already have the Chef's Counter at Kado No Mise booked for February, if that helps with the type of dinner we're looking for.
If it was somewhere in the last few months, that's obviously most helpful considering I'm trying to book soon and being a food service worker, I know how often menus and places can fluctuate.

There is a dog boarding, grooming, and daycare facility that has two locations (Roseville and Brooklyn Park) in which a (now former?) employee was caught on camera physically and sexually abusing dogs.
This company has web cameras that allowed owners to check in and a dog owner caught it. I watched the videos not knowing how bad it was and Iβm in tears. The company is removing all social media comments and negative reviews (EDIT: negative reviews on Facebook, Google reviews are still up - I misunderstood this) detailing the incident. Iβve read that the police are now involved as well.
I wonβt dox the company as Iβm sure thatβs against the rules, but as an owner of two pups, I canβt just not warn other owners. I was actually going to drop my pups off on Tuesday for the first time, but luckily they were all booked for meet and greets and couldnβt evaluate them.
Give your pups some extra love today! My heart goes out to the affected dogs and their owners.

I have been running a little business from my personal checking account for almost a year and I figure I should just open a bank account for that. I know there are big banks that all have options, but I've been told a smaller local credit union or something might be better.
What local banks work well with small businesses in the twin cities?
I'm looking for some place I can drive to at night and just be alone with my thoughts for a while. Anyone know of anywhere like this in the Twin Cities area? Down to drive for quite some time
