A list of puns related to "The Front Page (1931 film)"
No pun in ten did.
The OP used a false pretense and snookered you all. He posits that the minimum requirement for this record is 200 field goal attempts. This is completely false.
The real requirement is 300 FIELD GOALS. - source
NBA.com source confirming as well
If you scroll down to:

This means Dwight Howard has to MAKE 300 Field Goals to qualify. 52 games in, Dwight currently sits at 165 Field Goals. He's not on pace to qualify, nor is he actually going to break this record.
This also shines a spotlight on just how great Wilt's record actually is. He made 426 out of 586 shots. Dwight has only taken 223 shots in comparison.
Edit: Just wanted to say thank you to everyone that helped get that fake news taken down. Remember to fact check everything you read. Just because it has lots of upvotes does not make it true!
I'm sure BSG has their own list, but this game has lots and lots of bugs and things that could be optimized, so a player made list would probably help them quite a bit.
Edit: You can also use the client report a bug feature. However, a Reddit list would probably encourage discussion and bring about more responses than the report a bug would. Also, we can mention broken things that aren't necessarily bugs.
Edit 2: If no Mod is willing to run the list I would be happy to. Just message me to make the thread and I'll update it with player comments.
Edit 3: Thank you BSG for focusing on bug fixes. Hope we can help you get a lot more done.
In the past, this story would have been all over the front page 24/7.
People are always joking about how reddit is part owned by tencent. Well, we may actually be seeing the ramifications of that now.
On our weekly horror podcast Here's Johnny we just reviewed the classic Bela Lugosi film "Dracula"!! It was a first time viewing for one of our hosts and it was a lot of fun to discuss! >βItβs all so unnecessary, too. Like, the way this trade was constructed, this should have been first and foremost on their minds as they were talking to the Pelicans in a way where they set themselves up. If this was really their plan β that they want to have a third star β this should have been central to the conversations with the Pelicans and my understanding is that it was not. They went all the way down the road and itβs been described to me as a, βThe Lakers called back,β after everything had been discussed about this β the timing.β
Thatβs what she said. Hereβs the video again: https://streamable.com/fgmzb
The ONLY thing sheβs actually REPORTING in those comments is that βitβs been described to me as a βThe Lakers called backβ after everything...meaning someone told her the Lakers βcalled back.β Or ya know, the Lakers have been in talks with (the Pelicans) front office about doing a gigantic deal. Pretty normal stuff when working out specifics after having a handshake deal in place.
Look, Iβm as big a fan of the Shit-Show Time Lakers as the next guy but this is being floated as Pelinka and the ENTIRE front office just forgot to structure something correctly?
The deal was made in principal with the details being worked out until the paperwork can be signed.
The free agent landscape has changed wildly since the deal was announced. Horford, Harrison Barnes, Baynes, Kyrie is up in the air, Korver, Bogdanovic, etc. The Lakers May have changed strategy in response and are trying to adjust accordingly.
Iβm not saying thatβs what happened but yβall are so thirsty for blood when it comes to that KMart Rob Lowe that apparently no one bothered to watch the actual video.
Part of this is on Shelburne as well. She very much bleeds the line there between what she has actually heard and what her analysis of the situation is but damn, OP just straight up misheard or mistitled on purpose to bait click everyone.
Edit: yβall, again, a lot of free agency news has come out since the deal was announced. The only thing Romona actually states as fact was βThe Lakers called backβ according to what she was told. We have no idea if Lakers offered something in return for help. If the Pels declined to do it that way the first time, etc.
Everything else is her opinion on how it feels to her. which can be valuable. The other post is literally putting words in her mouth. Iβm not. It isnβt splitting hairs when youβre making gigantic assumptions about *an entire front
