Om et par uger står den på tre ugers vandring, og til det har vi brug for lidt underholdning. Der er intet hyggeligere end at quizze, så jeg tænkte om nogle af jer har en stribe quizspørgsmål jeg kan tage med?
Alt fra logiske quizzer til paratviden om reality-tv kan bruges, så hvis en af jer var quizmaster til sidste fest, vil jeg meget nasse af jer :-)
I host a weekly pub quiz night at a brewery through a big company. My night is one of the more successful venues and we get a lot of people, but especially a lot of regulars. These people are friendly and seem to like me, so I have a few of them as my FB friends and will occasionally hang out after quiz to have a beer with some of them. I haven't hung out with any of these people outside of quiz, which is relevant, because while everyone is super nice, I wouldn't consider myself friends with them or even good friends.
Then one of them invited me to her Pure Romance party and I'm just like... jesus, really? We don't hang outside of quiz or really talk. She's a nice lady, but come on now. I'm just trying to host my quiz and drink on company dime and have a good time and now youre trying to guilt me into this. I don't know you well enough to attend that kind of party even if I was remotely interested, which I'm not. It seems so rude and tacky and just, random? It also seems very inappropriate given the business dynamic of my job.
NOWHERE IS SACRED.
Edit to clarify: Quizzer does not sell dildos. Quizzer is hosting a party because her friend made the poor life decision to hock dildos. Quizzer wants the free shit from poor decision maker for being a host and having people show up.
Let me preface this by saying this is my current project that I'm designing for myself as means to teach myself Python. It's relatively easy but accomplishes quite a bit with just beginner techniques.

Use https://www.randomlists.com/random-vocabulary-words to generate a random list of 5 vocabulary words to test your user with. Scrape the words and definitions from the page source code to create a quiz-type of your choice. Two suggestions for the type of quiz would be 1) a multiple choice quiz with instances of one of the scraped word and a randomized list of the 5 scraped definitions for the user to choose from. This quiz would optimally give the user a score at the end so they can't use deductive reasoning to gain an edge. 2-harder option) A quiz that provides the scraped words and definitions in two separate lists. These lists would have the items labeled something like a) word1, b)word2 and x)definition1, y)definition2 -- or however you may like to list them. The quiz would prompt the user to for inputs like 'AZ', matching the word to the definition they think is correct. This quiz would be completed once 5 pairs have been submitted and the user will be given a score.

I wasn't originally gonna make this post. Even though my Berlin Tour Oddities post was very successful, I didn't want to create a trend of doing this type of thing every Tour. But this Tour, the Cat Tour, is AMAZING. Way better than we expected. So I want to talk about it.
A Pair of Kitties
When the Cat Tour was revealed and we saw Cat Peach in the teaser picture, we all assumed Cat Peach would be the only new Driver. It was a logical assumption, since every Tour since the Sunset Tour only added 1 new Driver.
But even if we thought there would be 2, Cat Mario or Tanooki Mario seemed like the most logical choices, since Cat Mario is the main character of Bowsers Fury and is getting his own Amiibo, and Tanooki Mario was paired with Cat Peach in the Mario Kart 8 DLC Pack.
But we got Cat Toad! Nobody really expected him, but he's a refreshing addition among the sea of Mario and Peach alts! Toad now has 4 alts(5 if you count Captain Toad).
A New Item!
The last new item introduced in the game was the Giga-Bomb in the Pirate Tour, King Bob-Ombs signature item that was later given to Gold Shy Guy.
And now we finally have a new item! Both Cat Peach and Cat Toad have the Super Bell as their item! It's basically a better version of the Super Horn. It seems like it has slightly better range and it rings 3 times before disappearing. Some people are disappointed about it basically being a better Super Horn, but I think it's a really creative way to implement the Super Bell!
SNES Donut Plains 2 is awesome!
In pretty sure most of r/MarioKartTour did a collective groan when they saw that another Donut Plains track was being added. Donut Plains 1 is one of the least popular tracks due to it having a boring appearance, being short, and having no real obstacles. Well Donut Plains 2 fixes 2 of these problems! It's longer and has Monty Mole mounds to jump off and has a narrow dirt section. And while it still looks kind of plain, it has a big pond to drive around! Unfortunately the 3 variants have a harder Top Shelf selection due to them being new tracks, but aside from that it's an overall improvement!
Great Track Variety
The Cat Tour brought back both Paris Promenade 2 and Merry Mountain, along with featuring Maple Treeway and Sunset Wilds which are some of the most popular new tracks.
