A list of puns related to "Texas Military Department"

Check out my unintentional IO campaign from this past weekend. LG Morton, an anonymous Guardsmen (to protect his identity), and I, went to Colorado. Texas Military Department (TMD) went into a tailspin when I posted I was going to the Border. I meant the New Mexico Border, TMD thought the Mexico border.
Years ago, my twin sister lived on the Texas / New Mexico border in Texline. The running joke between Melissa and I this weekend was that I was going to the border town of Texline. So I posted the following:
βOn a long trip, actually headed to the border with another Retired CSM to check things out. Itβs always good to see another part of Texas. God Bless Texas and our Troops on the Border.β
I am traveling with my good friend CSM (R) Lou Morton and an unnamed guardsman (normally I would state his name but he is still in the military.) We decided a couple of weeks ago to check on Louβs cabin and spend the weekend at 7K feet. We brought some lights and supplies to keep at the cabin.
Shortly after I posted I was headed to the border, COL Patrick Nolan sent out the following to his staff:
Staff, effective immediately, only the following are allowed access into an OLS Base Camp: OLS assigned personnel, Law Enforcement partners, Base Camp employees, and pre coordinated family visits (met at the gate and escorted by the family member)
Absolutely no entrance to anyone outside those groups.
Force Protection, I need you to contact all security OICs at the Base Camps and confirm these instructions. Acknowledge when complete (see attached picture)
Once this was sent to me, I decided to comment on a few friends who posted to my original Facebook post. John Crawson, Will Smith, and others wished me a safe trip, the wind was blowing hard all over Texas. A long time friend text me a photo of the flags at the Weslaco Armory to show me how windy it was there. I decided to post the picture of the flags flying on Facebook, tag the location they were taken, and a then received a screenshot that originated from the TF East CSM with the following: (See attached picture)
SGM Carlos Diaz Fysa, Retired CSM Featerson and another unidentified CM are at weslaco armory time now. Might visit hotels also. Just keep being the professionals you are and stress that to our SMs.
It was a long drive to Colorado, We spent the day talking to Soldiers on the phone and seeing if there was anything we could help them. Many Soldie

The country of Canada decides they have had enough of the Big Apple and it's time to invade. Can they do it?
Round 1: Canada has 72 hours to invade New York City and occupy Manhattan. The rest of the USA has had an out break of Cascading Bowel Syndrome and is out of commission for exactly that amount of time. Can the Canooks take the Apple?
Round 2: Both sides occupy the bombed out ruins of Stalingrad and it's a war of attrition. Who walks away?
Round bonus: Can the NYPD counter attack the Canadians and drive them back across the border?
