A list of puns related to "Testicular pain"
Iβm currently 4 weeks into a 10mg RAD-140 cycle. As of 3 days I got a pretty painful left nut. Went to the doctor and said it might be epididymitis but he wasnβt sure. Best to quit the cycle? Got some nolva on hand but I donβt know if this is the result of suppression.
Iβm transitioning and Iβm only on E (8mg daily) and Bica (50mg daily) right now, and Iβve noticed that Iβm having some weird testicular pain. I donβt know how else to describe it besides a deep ache, itβs not sharp or anything. Itβs an ache that kinda starts and gets worse and lingers for a while, and itβs really making me nervous. I do wear tights almost daily, but they are not tight and often donβt touch my groin area barely at all. Iβve noticed a lot of shrinkage in my testicles, but the skin doesnβt feel too tight or anything surface level like that. Itβs not my dick or stomach or bladder or anything, it very obviously just my balls. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? Does this even have anything to do with transitioning?
Iβm a 18 year old guy and around Nov2020, I had situation where Iβm pretty sure I experienced testicular torsion. Immediately after a sexual encounter I went to shower but notice a dull pain in the left part of my testicle. I also had a lump on the left part of my scrotum which definitely indicated the tubes were twisted. I massaged the area but the pain was pretty bad so I went to the ER 30 minutes after but after an hour or so the pain subsided and went away I believe from untwisting it with massages. They did an ultrasound and said I was ok and nothing but a cyst. Also important to note I got a inguinal hernia after this. Sexual encounter that a doctor diagnosed a month later. After this experience there were a couple occasions in the summer that the pain would come again and I believe it was because I positioned myself in a way or maybe after sex that it would retwist again. I would massage the left part (always seemed to be that area) of my Scrotum and ejaculate and the pain would go a way. This happened 3 other times. Fast forward last week I got the pain spontaneously again when playing basketball, did the same routine, and went away, and at this point Iβve been to the doctor multiple times and from their visual and physical diagnostics they say Iβm fine. Is this pain reoccurring because of the hernia? Should I still be concerned or keep doing what Iβm doing. I donβt experience it often only ever if I do something that trigger it it seems but I just want to make sure Iβm fine.
my testis were measured 4.8 x 2.2 x 3.2 in the right ball, while left is 4.7 x 2.4 x 3.1, in march of 2020 i had left ball pains went to the doctor and said it was epidiymitis, after taking the anti biotics it stopped, but came back in november of 2020, and in march of this year i got ultrasound done on my nuts and another done in july. apparently i have a tiny testicular granuloma. idk if my testicles died because they feel fine and they dont. before this i had high energy and libido. i can still cum but not as much as i used to for some reason as semen is kinda watery and comes in drops. which makes me worried i am infertile, prolly am with these results. my mom was hesitant to take me to the hospital because money was more important than health and now i have testicular problems for life now prolly because of this. i know im infertile now because of this because before this, my balls were fat and i could shoot loads, and i had a little bit more energy. can anyone tell me if they had this before, i just want my normal male shit back. idk what the hell happened because i didnt do anything that injured my nuts before this, besides nofap in jan or feb of 2020. also i didnt sleep well on the day of the test only getting 3 to 4 hours of sleep on the day of said test, as well of this is the only test ive gotten. docs said, the granuloma is a scar or something, im not sure if that means necrosis
The reports go all the way back to January of this year.

I have very bad testicular pain from only two pills of finasteride. First day I took 0.5mg and second day 0.25mg. I stopped taking the medication 2 days ago and still have very bad pain. What exactly is the cause of this? Is it because the 5ar enzyme was destroyed? If so how long until it reproduces itself? If you had a similar experience, how long does it take to recover?
Dr, says i probably have a varicocele, but i also have a hydrocele on my left nut. Going and getting two more ultrasounds, one for my inguinal hernia too he thinks i also have and the other to confirm varicocele. Cant lie im nervous af. Anyone else have any issues like this that can leave some good advice. Inguinal hernia, plus a varicoele and a hydrocele. Bro help me lol
I'm yet to see anyone complain from having pain in the veins themselves, it's usually the testicles or the scrotum in general, has anyone felt like the pain is 100% in the veins, and whether or not it's linked to varicocele?
sometimes I would feel right veins pain for a week then the next week it's the left veins, I'm going to see a new urologist next week, just wanted to see if anyone went through something similar
So I've been on trt now for about 4 months. Every once in a while my balls start aching/hurting. Is this just part of the shrinkage? Lol. Or is this abnormal? It's not excruciating pain just more of an uncomfortable pain or aching.

It's been more than a year since I got the vasectomy done. I have testicular pain if I move a certain way. And I also have developed erection issues, something which was never a problem before this procedure. I am going to get it reversed next month. Anyone contemplating getting vasectomy done, my advice is DON'T, contraception is good enough!

I got the second dose of the Moderna vaccine on 7/28. Within a day I started experiencing testicular pain. I waited a couple of weeks and it did not go away. Upon closer examination I noticed visible purple veins running throughout my entire scrotum. I got an ultrasound as soon as I could which lead to the discovery of a varicocele on my left testicle. I have never experienced any kind of testicular pain in my entire life up until the day after getting the Moderna vaccine. I know that causation does not equal correlation, but I cannot help but be a little suspicious that the vaccine has something to do with this. Has anyone else experienced testicular pain or even more specifically developed varicoceles after getting the COVID vaccine?
I had sex a couple days ago and it was my first time it went alright I think. After a couple hours at work I had this huge pain in my testicles and it felt to even move. It went away but I still feel discomfort at random times. Is this serious or something that happens to everyone?
Hello, I am 19 years old, male and for the last 3-4 years (maybe longer) I have experienced mild - intense pain in my right testicle which has progressively gotten worse, on an average scale, overtime. I have had a few memorable experiences where it has been at its worst but in general this is just a very uncomfortable issue that takes a large toll on my life. Before getting into it I think itβs worth mentioning that the pain increases after smoking/consuming weed or thc although I am certain this is not the cause since Iβve had it long before I smoked regularly and experience pain increase in general upon weed consumption, in other parts of the body. The pain mainly occurs in the point where the testicle meets the tubing at the top, but a deep and dull ache is expressed in the surrounding area of the testicle and scrotum. Pain also appears in the lower, right-hand-side of the abdomen creeping upwards, as well as going down the right inner thigh. There is also a feeling of tightening in the tubing of the testicle which for some reason seems connected to the vesicles and tendons in the inner thigh with a correlation between the tightness of both; if my leg is straight the sensation is very tight and more painful which forces my right leg to retract as a means of trying to loosen this sensation. However sometimes the pain is too tight so that even with my leg fully bent and withdrawn the chords/vessels are too tight for this to ease the pain.
Going back to the beginning, I first went to the doctors after feeling a small lump on each testicle at the top where the tubing meets. He identified them as cysts, too small to be of any concern but gave me some antibiotics for the pain and got me an ultrasound to be safe. The ultrasound results stated that everything was normal. The antibiotics eased the pain but it wasnβt long after that it returned. Went to the doctors again to which he gave me more antibiotics and sent me on my way. Not the most helpful fella so realised Iβd have to be a bit more assertive if I wanted to actually find out what was wrong with me. Eventually I got an appointment with a urologist, having a second ultrasound and a sexual health screening to rule out abnormalities in the testicle and cysts and to test for any sexually transmitted diseases/infections; all came back clear and normal. The urologist told me whoever said my pain was caused by the cysts was an idiot but after examining me couldnβt find anything wrong. He ended the appointme

I was wondering if anyone had any pains in their testicles?
Heres my theory: my hormone levels (FSH, LH) are elevated, so my testicles hurt/spasm as a result. Plausible, but not verified.
My question - does anyone know if taking testosterone will control these hormone levels thus resulting in less/eliminated pains in testicles?
Thank you for taking time to read my post.
Hey guys, I'm a med student that has been told from my doctor after attending my local GP, that I definitely have IBS or most likely have it. One symptom I forgot to mention to him was the onset of testicular spasms. Please forgive me if this sounds crude or inappropriate, but I'm very worried and it has been happening for a while.
The pain begins on the right side of gut, before radiating down to my left and even right butt, it will then cause my right testicle to spasm like crazy, sometimes, it is really unbearable and forces me to have negative thoughts. Also, I want to mention that my left testicle is less affected, but it can be quite shocking when it happens. I have tried to research more about this symptom and how it correlates with ibs, but most of the results were of inguinal hernias. Please, does anyone have any advice or solution to this predicament?
I am a 17 year old male and had sex for the first time in a while a couple days ago. A couple hours after intercourse I felt extreme pain in my testicles to the point where I could barely move. It went away after a while but it's been a couple days and at random times the pain comes back weaker and I am able to handle, it mostly happens whenever I'm laying down and sometimes feel discomfort in my lower abdomen but I'm not sure if it is and std or not because I used protection even though I know it's not a guarantee you won't get anything.
Genitourinary pain
Ursula Wesselmann, Arthur L Burnett, in Handbook of Pain Management, 2003
Testicular pain
Chronic testicular pain (orchialgia) can be one of the most vexing pain problems for men and their treating physician. Because pain syndromes in the genital region are often considered taboo in our society, men with testicular pain are usually embarrassed to talk about it, similar to women who suffer from vulvodynia. The incidence and prevalence is not known. Patients from adolescence to old age who suffered from chronic testicular pain have been described (Zvieli et al 1989, Davis et al 1990, Costabile et al 1991): the majority are in their mid to late thirties (Davis et al 1990, Costabile et al 1991). Many patients cannot recall any precipitating event that led to the onset of the chronic pain syndrome (Costabile et al 1991, Wesselmann and Burnett 1996). Chronic testicular pain can be unilateral or bilateral and may be confined to the scrotal contents or can radiate to the groin, penis, perineum, abdomen, legs, and back. Some patients have constant pain; in others the pain is intermittentβeither spontaneously or precipitated by certain movements or pressure on the testis. There is usually no sexual dysfunction associated with chronic orchialgia (Davis et al 1990, U Wesselmann and AL Burnett, unpublished observation).
...
Vasectomy can result in chronic orchialgia and is probably far more common than realized (Selikowitz and Schned 1985, McCormack 1988, McMahon et al 1992, Hayden 1993). It has been hypothesized that this postvasectomy pain syndrome is due to impairment of the genital branch of the genitofemoral nerve by sperm granuloma (Yeates 1985), but others have questioned this theory (Silber 1981, McCormack 1988).

Im one week on from what was very quickly diagnosed as food poisoning and im almost all better, but over the past few days i developed pain in my right testicle, could it be related?
Husband experiencing testicular pain and burning- possible swelling/lump- no redness discharge or heat: he has a history of a shrapnel injury from an explosive all over the left front groin- 10 years ago - there was surgery to stop bleeding and the scar tissue is extensive and very deep- itβs very disfigured and there is a large divet thatβs about two to three inches deep- itβs all βhealedβ but it makes it impossible to palpate for hernias easily and it seems probable that this could be causing the pain- this has been coming and going for five years but a surgeon just dismissed the possibility of a hernia six ish months ago and the pain is back again.
I donβt believe itβs an infection but other inflammation is very possible. 31 years old and a type one diabetic
Any ideas?
I was super nervous, especially since my penis is like 1-2 inches flaccid. But it wasn't as bad as I thought! The first doctor was very professional, but the second one not so much. When he saw it, he asked me how old I was and then commented "so small". I didn't really care and just replied "I'm a grower, not a shower".
It's situations like these that remind me of how small my penis actually is :(. But at the same time I seemed to accept this fact and am somehow content as I actually am a grower. It grows to about ~4 inches when erect. 5 inches when I was skinnier as I've gained a lot of weight. This is enough and I shouldn't care what other guys think about my flaccid size.
This doesn't change the fact that I'm still nervous for going back again at any time in the future and it's something I'll have to live with.
