I bought a Taurus M416 revolver the other day and haven't been able to find a holster for it. I don't know what kind of holsters it would be compatible with. If anyone knows, the knowledge would be greatly appreciated 🙂
Looking at getting a new revolver soon and I have it down to the two options above. Both are rightly the same in price. Obviously the S&W is probably a higher quality build, but both would have a lifetime warranty. I would include the S&W in my EDC rotation while the Taurus would be a range/in the woods gun. I already have a Ruger Security Six in 357 so I have the caliber covered, while the 454 would be a new caliber to the collection. Trigger pull on the Taurus leaves a lot to be desired but I can deal with it since I’m use to the Judge I carry. That’s about all I can think. Let me know what you all think.
I've been looking for a holster pattern or holster to copy for my Taurus Raging Bull 8 3/8" barrel. Ideally I'd like a canted, R hand cross draw. I have a full 11-12oz veg tanned hide, Suggestions welcome.
I know Taurus gets some shit (and rightfully so), but I've heard their revolver line is actually somewhat decent. What has everyone's experiences been with the Raging Bull or the Raging Hunter? Reviews actually seem to be fairly positive, but it's hard to weed out who is legitimate and who might be paid to write said reviews. I kind of would like a .44 revolver to match my lever gun and the Taurus seems in a price range that's reasonable. Or am I dumb and should just get a 686?
