A list of puns related to "Student exchange program"
Whats the culture like? Sport orientated, drinking etc? Any responses would be appreciated!
Preferably, free and stem-related :D Thank you!
I have applied for the YES exchange program to the US from my home country. I was all up for it and the experience but I just found out something that I don't know if its true or not but might change my mind about applying and continuing. Is it true that the last year of highschool that I might do in the US is not recognized in my home country and I need to repeat that year again in my home country after I return? My home country is Albania for reference. I really need an answer and some help about this
Impressed by Queen Alexandra 1 and by the military strategy program of the University of Ukraine, the Quebec government was interested in organizing a student exchange program between the Quebec militia (La Milice du Peuple) and the University of Ukraine in military strategy program. The Premier of Quebec then proposed this student exchange program to the government of Ukraine and it was accepted !
The Premier of Quebec believes that this could strengthen the ties between Ukraine and Quebec and also believes that it could allow Ukrainian students to develop their capacities in northern and icy areas and their knowledge of northern and icy terrain while this could allow Quebec militiamen to develop their knowledge of European terrain as well as their knowledge of military strategy.
Long live the Quebec-Ukraine friendship !
The Premier of Quebec invite other allied countries to make student exchange programs with Quebec as it would be extremely beneficial for both sides.
Can anyone tell me what their experience was like doing an exchange program through Concordia?
I'm currently weighing up whether it would be a better experience to do an exchange or just travel after I'm done my degree. I'd just love to hear about how anyone who has done one's experience went. Alternatively, if you haven't done one, but have heard good or bad things, let me know that too!
An alien offspring from your universe attends primary school in the human school system you are most familiar with, and a human child is engaged in the appropriate alien counterpart. What does this look like? Neither party is familiar with each other's languages, but the alien has a human adult that can translate, and the human has an alien equivilent for the same.
For the alien, what considerations and accommodations need to be made for them? Is the alien even a child? What is socializing like for them?
For the human, what does the alien education system look like? Is it a traditional school, or a mentorship program? Or a salt mine?
Hello!
For anyone who's ever studied abroad as an exchange student, is the selection process to do so rigorous? I've decided that I want to study abroad in Tokyo, Japan for the Fall 2022 semester with an affiliated CSULB university β in order to do so, I'll have to save money by staying home and not moving back to Long Beach, which I find to be a bit of a bummer since I miss my friends from college + general freedom. While I'm confident in my academic standing (4.0 GPA and finished with all major/GE requirements after Spring 2022 semester as a third-year), it'd suck if I made this type of commitment only for my application to be rejected in the end.
I'm aware that there are study abroad advisors who would be more equipped to answer this question, but unfortunately, the advisor for the Asia/Australia programs isn't taking appointments for future terms until winter break.
Furthermore, any type of insight regarding the study abroad program/being an exchange student in general would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! :)
Title. Oh and also what are needed para mas malaki ang chance na makapasa for it? Thank you! Share your experience din if nagawa niyo. Thank you!!
Hello,
I am thinking of applying for the exchange program. I am in my third year studying Computer engineering at Concordia. I would like to know if any engineering student went to Singapore as an exchange student.
How was the experience? For how long? for one semester or two?
What are the courses you took in Singapore?
Was the process of applying to the program long? can I finish applying in two weeks?
Which university in Singapore did you study at? Where did you reside?
Are you responsible for paying for everything?
Do you recommend it?
I appreciate any advice and comment. Thanks.
Can anyone who is a non exchange or exchange student coming via the NG program clear these doubts for me?
I have completed the part A of the registration and yet to complete the part B of the registration. The brochure says that I am supposed the pay the fees before the part B of the registration. Until when can I complete the fee payment?
I am coming to NUS for research and not pursuing coursework. Still am I supposed to register for those modules on LumiNUS?
Also it would be nive to get in touch with people coming to pursue research via the NG program
Thanks!
I am currently an English teaching assistant in Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain. Recently, I have had some of the high school students come to me inquiring about their options to do a study exchange in the US. I really want to help them and be a useful resource for them, but I am unfamiliar with programs for high school students to do so in the US. I also know there are two students who really want to be together when they do it. If anyone has any resources for me to help them please let me know:) Even if it is just a name of a program you have heard of - I am happy to do the research, just not sure where to begin. Something semi cost-friendly preferred.
hi! i would like to know if anyone has been to an exchange with AFS? I heard they are legit but is it very expensive? Is it only for the rich? What would i expect? I really want to travel and it would certainly boost my college application. I would like to to know your opinions about it! it would be nice if you are from asia or in the Philippines but even if you are not, it would mean a lot to hear from you!
Hello, sa mga nag-apply na before para sa exchange student programs. Anong klaseng documents ba kailangan dito ? Since elementary pa ako marunong mag english. Okay na ba as supporting documents yung grades ko sa english subjects ko noong elementary to senior high school?
Iβm 14 but Iβm planning to go when Iβm 16 Iβm just trying to find out as much as I can in advance, nearly every program i see does not send students from Egypt, and the others i cant really understand whether they allow it or not, are there any good high school exchange programs (year long) that take students from here?
Guys! I finally received a confirmation letter saying that Iβm going to study for one year in Shanghai. I applied for a student exchange program at my college, and they have chosen me to go to China. I decided to post the meme from the Friends TV series since this episode just stuck in my head after receiving my confirmation letter.

I think itβs an excellent opportunity to see another country and study another culture for a while. I donβt speak Chinese, though, but my friend who speaks fluently is going with me too. So, I donβt think that I will feel any language barrier there. But I hope that I will learn a couple of common phrases at least. Languages are not my thing, and Iβm going there as a math student from my university.
My friend and I got so excited about this upcoming trip and nervous at the same time. One year abroad seems neither that long neither that short time. Besides, we need to take so much stuff with us, and also ship some stuff there. Weβve checked our future dorm in student accommodation. Surprisingly, they do not provide much stuff there, well except for furniture. So I cannot say that our student accommodations are any better.
Anyway, we have to ship some stuff there in advance, and hopefully, that china post tracking number will help us with that. But, unfortunately, thatβs the only shipping company I found that has some info in English. Iβm pretty sure there are plenty of them, but everything is in Chinese. Anyway, I need to find out about other stuff, such as medical care and banking. Can you recommend me something?
Iβm really looking forward to this trip, and Iβm glad that Iβve got this chance to get some experience of living abroad. I want you to share some things you know about Shanghai. Any good places to eat or to visit? Tell me something about local sightseeing, so I can plan my weekends in advance.
Hi, a thai friend of mine wishes to go abroad in order to learn french, possibly in Belgium or France. She is looking at a scholarship to study language for one year. However, I don't really find any helpful resources online. Are there any programs here in Thailand allowing youngsters fresh off highschool or students to come study abroad ? Like an Eramus... thank you!

On the basic side, IYLEP is an exchange program for Iraqi students but on the complicated side, IYLEP seems to be something much deeper than whatβs actually stated on the website because it simply sounds too good to be true for me.
I have so many questions about it:-
Is there anything I need to know about IYLEP thatβs not mentioned on the IYLEP website?
Are there any unstated requirements for IYLEP that arenβt mentioned on the website?
When will we be approximately able to apply IYLEP it in 2021 for 2022βs IYLEP?
Does IYLEP actually give young Iraqi students aged 15-17 the opportunity to temporarily leave Iraq to the US? Or do they just disappointingly get sent to Iraqi Kurdistan to meet Iraqis who speak English instead of meeting actual outsiders?
Are there any dangers related to IYLEP/outside of IYLEP (e.g. society looks down upon IYLEP participants)?
Do I need to be from an internationally recognised βinternationalβ Iraqi HS in order to participate in IYLEP or can I be an average Iraqi student from an average local Iraqi school that just happens to fit the IYLEP requirements?
What type of people choose IYLEP?
Is it actually hard to be accepted into IYLEP? If so then how many Iraqi HS students get accepted into it?
These questions seem like they can be easily answered but Iβm asking them just to check. Iβm trying to gather as much information as possible on IYLEP even if that information may or may not be unnecessary.
According to my dad who did one to Germany in his junior year all that you had to pay for was the airfare there and back. You get sent to a host family and the host family sends their kid over to your family. But looking at exchange stuff now it is all so expensive, are there any tradition exchange programs?
Hi guys I am an incoming freshie in dlsu planning to take the student exchange program of dlsu. I am planning to take the one-year option and I'd wanna ask which year is best to take the program 2nd or 3rd ?
So I got accepted around mid-April, and I wanted to know if anyone is going there.
I'm probably the only one going from my country, so it would be nice if I know anyone going there too, to share information and updates about the university (whether it's going to be online/offline/hybrid, etc..)
