I want to make music inspired by steve lacy and other artists like him, I know steve sometimes samples drum breaks but does anyone know of any drum kits/free plugins/splice sounds I could use to get something similar? A few songs in particular are dark red, infrunami, ryd, and some. Any help is appreciated!
Please listen to it Bc he spent a long time working on his new song and no body has rly listened to it
i think itβs rap, but like earl sweatshirt kind of rap, and near the end i think, it switches to a jazz kind of sample with brass playing. sounds like trumpets. i figured out the notes, it goes like Bb, rest, (up an octave) Bb, rest, (eigth notes are dashes) A-Ab, Gb-E, Gb after that, it goes up to Db and repeats it but transposed up i think. iβve been searching and i canβt sleep until i find it, anything helps
