  Following Becky Lynch’s successful Raw Women’s Title defense against Liv Morgan at WWE Day 1, her challenger emerged once again on Raw to stake her claim to a rematch. The confrontation took an interesting turn when Bianca Belair made her presence felt and got back in line to challenge for the gold herself.
  All this action drew the ire of Doudrop, who complained to WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville that she should be the next opponent for Big Time Becks, prompting them to make this huge Triple Threat bout for this Monday’s Raw.
  Will it be Liv, Doudrop or The EST of WWE who earns the right to step up to Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship at Royal Rumble?

  The last time the WWE Universe laid eyes on Alexa Bliss, it wasn’t during her finest hour.
  After suffering the heartbreak of losing her doll, Lilly, courtesy of Charlotte Flair four months ago at WWE Extreme Rules, the former Women’s Champion is ready to rejoin Raw.
  What exactly will her journey back to the red brand look like?

• RK-Bro to defend Raw Tag Team Championship against Alpha Academy
  It’s RK-Bro vs. Mr. 4.0 and his tree trunk of a partner, and this time the Raw Tag Team Titles are on the line!
  After Alpha Academy jumped all over Randy Orton & Riddle prior to their Championship Contenders Match last Monday, it was an uphill battle for the champions. Riddle’s need to continuously impress The Viper backfired in a big way, and he could not sustain the offensive onslaught of Otis & Chad Gable, leading the Academy to pick up a crucial victory.
  Now, RK-Bro find themselves having to defend their titles against the very team who defeated them in a blockbuster rematch this Monday.
  Can The Original Bro and Orton get on the same page, or will new Raw Tag Team Champions be crowned?

• Kickoff with Rated RK-Bro making their way to the ring. Riddle has a Christmas Card but Orton says there is no way in hell he's reading what's on that card. Riddle says what Randy meant to say was welcome to the final Raw of 2021. Riddle says he's looking forward to what he'll do in 2022, like finally patenting Bro-gurt. Riddle asks Randy to close his eyes and look into the future. Orton says the only way he'll have a happy New Year is if he beats Otis tonight and they defend their titles at Day 1. Riddle says he's been doing some vipering like Randy said, he noticed his skin was growing green and he was growing scales but Orton tells him to go to a doctor. Orton shows footage from last week when Riddle was out where Otis was able to counter the RKO 3 different times. Riddle is amazed that Orton was able to get a video to play on the tron and says it looks like Otis may be immune to the RKO because he doesn't have a neck. Orton says they all know Otis is a power house but he gets cut off by Gable and Otis. Gable says he recently graduated from Full Sail with a 4.0 GPA and mocks the crowd for booing his education. He says maybe even the mindless morons of Detroit can comprehend that Orton is no match for Otis. Gable says Otis will send Randy limping into Day 1 and soon enough the titles will be on The Academy's shoulders. Riddle says he's a man of higher education and he'd gladly show Orton a lot of his knowledge when he takes on Gable tonight. Chad calls Riddle an ignoramus for challenging him days before his big match and accepts the challenge. Riddle tells him to check himself before he wrecks himself and that he'll introduce him to the three most dangerous letters in sports entertainment, R, K, Bro. Gable says Bro isn't a letter.

• Kickoff with Bobby Lashley and MVP making their way to the ring. Montel demands the crowd give their praise to the Almighty after he did the impossible last week by defeating Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, and Big E in one night. MVP says most people don't understand the stamina and tenacity to do what he did last week and compares it to winning the Boston Marathon, then winning the NBA Finals, and then facing off against Francis Ngannou and going 5 rounds and winning. MVP says this will be the era of Lashley but is interrupted by Big E. Big E congratulates Lashley for doing what he said he was going to do and making the Day 1 match a fatal four way. One thing is getting at him though, the Lashley he knows is strong, dominant, and does everything on his own, yet last week he needed MVP's help. Lashley says Montel acted on his own last week and says he didn't need MVP to defeat any of his opponents last week. Bobby says he won't deny an opportunity when it presents itself. Lashley says he could beat Big E all on his own, and MVP said last week he could beat Big E as well so MVP should prove it. He tells MVP to face off against Big E with his cane while he sits back and watched. Lashley ducks out of the room as MVP squares off with Big E with the cane in his hand. Owens and Rollins attack Lashley from behind and throw him into the ring post. Big E starts to Brawl with Seth but Owens and Rollins double team him and throw him into the barricade. Seth and Kevin put the boots to Lashley and set him up for the curb stomp but Big E throws Seth with a belly to belly and Lashley takes out Owens with powerslam. Rollins and Owens retreat as Lashley and Big E command the ring.

• Bianca is interviewed backstage, she says she's kept her eyes on the prize since she's gotten to Raw while Doudrop has just been just jealous of her success. Bianca says this is the last chapter and it'll end with her being the undisputed EST of WWE.

• Kickoff with Seth Rollins backstage welcoming us to Monday Night Rollins, he says last week Kevin Owens cheated himself into HIS title match at WWE Day 1. But in just a few moments Owens will have to face Big E in a steel cage and Seth will love every single second of it. He says at Day 1 we will usher in a new year, a new era, with a new champion. We cut to Big E who says he's been through hell and back with his title, but tonight for Kevin Owens there's no easy way out, there's no shortcut home. As Big E comes down to the ring Kevin Owens says Big E has been calling him a liar for weeks but the truth is it is his WWE Championship, Big E is just holding it for the next 26 days.

• After Big E escapes the cage, Seth instantly attacks him. The cage is raised and Seth uses the opportunity to go after Owens as well, raining down strikes and then sets up for the stomp. Big E intercepts him however and hits him with a belly to belly. E takes Kevin and hits him with a Big Ending to stand tall.

• During the break Bobby Lashley comes out and lays waste to all three competitors.

• Queen Zelina says the crowd is lucky that the women's tag team champions have graced them with their presence and tells them to be quiet in Spanish. She says she almost feels sorry for Nikki ASH for the beating she's about to give her right back into obscurity.

• Backstage Riddle is wearing a blazer and asking Orton why he isn't wearing his. They are interviewed about tonight's title tournament. Riddle corrects him that it's an RK-Bro-nament. Riddle says he and Orton got the idea while doing a tournament to decide their favorite holiday movies. Orton said that never happened, Sonya and Adam announced the tournament and Riddle just randomly said that Home Alone changed his life. Riddle says he and Orton will be hosting the tournam

• Kickoff with Bobby Lashley and MVP making their way to the ring. Lashley says last week he shows what happened when you disrespect him. MVP says Lashley is the most terrifying man in the WWE and people are afraid to even speak his name. He says there is an issue with respect with this generation of superstars. Guys like Rollins and Owens backstab and complain to get a title match. Bobby Lashley doesn't do that, he takes action and makes officials take notice. Montel says it is imperative for Lashley to be added to the WWE Title Match at Day one because it is imperative that the new year starts with Lashley as champion. Kevin Owens comes out and asks how is he being disrespectful when he never said either of their names or even paid attention to them for two years. Unlike Lashley, both Rollins and Owens have earned their spots in the title match. In 19 days Owens says he has to win the title to give the universe a champion they can be proud of and no one wants Lashley in the match. Seth Rollins comes out as well and says we can't start the show without the star of the show, Seth Freakin' Rollins. Seth says he admires Lashley's suit's game, and despite how much he despises Kevin he's gotta agree with him that Lashley doesn't deserve to be in the title match. MVP calls Rollins a coward and Lashley challenges them to face him right now. Owens says the two of them can take him but Seth should go in first. MVP points out that Owens as soon as Seth is in the ring and the two argue. Big E makes his way out and says it's his favorite collection of idiots. While Owens and Rollins are busy quaking in their boots he reminds Lashley that he's beaten him twice before and he doesn't mind doing it again.
