A list of puns related to "Soundboard recording"
Title. Nothing to lose. Just do it
I play with my three teen daughters and my wife, and I want a really funny session.
My idea is to record them while we chat tonight, and tomorrow I'll make a soundboard (using an app) with anything short that I can take out of context.
Then when we play, their party runs into a leprechaun. We're talking first edition. Invisible at will, unlimited ventriloquism... and he starts messing with them.
Then I'll play clips of themselves. "You look around for the source of the laughter, and then you hear ELLY say..." and play a clip of her saying... I dunno. Something.
Is this a violation of privacy or trust? Is it mean? I think it will be fun, but I'm sorta setting them up to be the foils.
UPDATE: Thanks for the advice! I've decided I'll get their consent to record our next session, THEN do the ventriloquist encounter in a later session.
Anyone know of any high-quality (better than what's on YouTube) recordings of Prince's three North Sea Jazz Festival shows in 2011? Better yet, soundboard recordings? I'm specifically looking for the version of "Joy in Repetition" from July 9, 2011, as I cannot get enough of it. Thanks!
The live in Melbourne Park 99 concert would be amazing to have on Spotify! I don't know if they recorded any shows on the soundboard, but it would be amazing. I really enjoy their live sound a lot.
Are there any HQ FLAC files of these shows or any other live shows from a soundboard?
Thanks,
This link will be good for about the next few days. Then it will be removed. This came into my email randomly and it was all untagged and all it had was the date of 2006_07_13. Raw soundboard, pretty epic to hear this after all these years. It wasn't properly tracked either so I retracked the show. I checked the Brand New Archive and saw that there was not a source from this show. So I am assuming this is the first time it's been posted.
Enjoy.

I've been searching for live chili peppers material a lot this year, and noticed that some recordings are unavailable at www.rhcplivearchive.com and pretty hard to find outside of youtube. I don't like downloading stuff from yt beacuse it will always have worse quality compared to the source, and after searching for some days, I found out that http://zombtracker.the-zomb.com/ has a lot of great quality recordings available to download. Registration is open and free, but I advise you to use a different email and password there as I don't know how trustable the website is. Be sure to keep seeding so more people can download the files. Please tell me if you know any easier alternative for downloading rhcp uncopyrighted material, zomb is pretty much the best place I found. Keep in mind that piracy is not allowed neither here nor at zomb, so only share unofficial/uncopyrighted material. This is one of my first posts here, you guys were always really helpful so I decided to share this info and maybe help anyone who was also searching for live material

... keep reading on reddit β‘Is this possible? Thereβs a few amazing soundboard recordings that deserve physical media for sure like Electric Factory 2011. This idea just popped up in my idea itβs probably not possible or is it?
I love hearing early TMBG sets from the 80s and early 90s as much as the next person. But I personally love "John Henry" and wish I could find more board recordings of concerts of that era. I wish I could find more recordings of live versions of some of my personal favorite songs from that album (e.g. Destination Moon, Thermostat, Dirt Bike, Out of Jail), but can't find any good ones on YouTube.
The first recording is Jonathan Larson's Demo Recording of RENT
Base64 Encoded:
aHR0cHM6Ly9tZWdhLm56L2ZvbGRlci84cGhrU0FZWSNRRE1EMUNKNzdFU0tzSTdwQklEcnhR
This is a rare chance to hear Jonathan Larson working out the musical that would become a Pulitzer winner. There are more voices on the recording beside Larson's but I've never been able to source who they are. If you can help, I'd love to know.
The second recording is RENT (New York Theatre Workshop's Workshop Cast 1994)
Base64 Encoded:
aHR0cHM6Ly9tZWdhLm56L2ZvbGRlci84NUpVeEw1WiNXLXV6Z29nZlBXVlJ6SkFBYWZNY0RR
This is another rare-ish recording. It's very interesting to listen to the musical when it was still very much a work in progress. Most songs would change or be cut before the full production New York Theatre Workshop eventually did.
The cast is as follows:
Mark Cohen- Anthony Rapp
Roger Davis- Tony Hoylen
Mimi Marquez- Daphne Rubin-Vega
Tom Collins- Pat Briggs
Angel Dumott Schunard- Mark Setlock
Maureen Johnson- Sarah Knowlton
Joanne Jefferson- Shelley Dickenson
Benjamin "Benny" Coffin III- Michael Potts
I'm aware of only one unofficial bootleg Bochum, Germany 10/21/1986 released as Fractal Zoom back in the day. Anyone know of other soundboard or high quality audience recordings?
Or any full SBD shows since 2009?
Does anyone have this by any chance? ITs the 2006 Coachella Show direct from the soundboard.
I've tried nearly everywhere to no avail. Please Someone out there Help!!

I posted the Locked and Live audio yesterday, and it got me thinking, is there a good source for live Seether? Iβd love to find more soundboard recordings of Seether playing live. Does anyone know where to find them or would be willing to share?
Great soundboard recording of J.A.R. live from the house of Blues in Myrtle beach May 6 1998. Can be found on the bootleg "Nice Guys Finish Last" http://bootlegs-rarities.blogspot.com/2010/08/green-day-nice-guys-finish-last.html?m=1 Was so pumped that J.A.R was on it when I got this bootleg back when it came out many years ago... If anyone has any other live versions before 2004 besides this and the Gilman st version, please post!
EDIT: Live from Gilman ST 1992 https://greenday.fm/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/J.A.R.-Jason-Andrew-Relva-1992-11-18.mp3
Desperately after one, it was the best thing I've ever seen.
