A list of puns related to "Slow Horses"
It de-canters!
Iβve been trying to design a cavalry unit for a game but Iβm struggling to find a way to make a human able to ride a horse without the horse being slowed down to 60% speed or less. Are there any rules for riding that Iβm missing or are horses just going to be slowed a significant amount by riders
Horse does a nice gentle jog, then press circle to dash, and he remains in a faster sprint. Without stopping completely for a second, how do I revert back to the gentle speed for my gentle steed?
Any chance we get the trailer for Slow Horses next week? Is it confirmed for a December release?
I use bethini for anniversary edition to cap my fps to 120 and slow down physics engine. Everything works fine but my tamed red horse is very slowed down, like 2 times slower. When I go back to 60 fps and default havok physics speed the horse speeds up back to normal.
How can I fix it? Can't find any mentioning of this problem at all
Is there anyway to minimise this or stop it? I have a 2080ti and a i9-9900k so It shouldnβt be a performance issue
I have a question about calling your horse, mine seems super slow compared to my friends horse. When we wistle together mine always casually walks over not in a hurry at all while my friends horse drives towards him? Not 100% sure what horse he has as he isnt online right now but i have the white arabian. He said he still has his lvl 15 horse he got for free, any suggestions?
Hey everyone! I ride a 12 year old, solid bred paint mare. I do eventing with her and have for two years, she has also only jumped for two years as we started out together. She's originally a western pleasure horse. She really loves to jump, her and I do 2'3-2'6 on average at home with no issues and at shows we normally stick to 2'0-2'3 jumps. In every photo her ears are up and she stays happy and I can tell she just enjoys jumping but the issue is she loves it maybe a little to much. She can get very fast after her jumps at shows, at home this is never an issue really and she usually keeps a nice pace. My trainer has said that what I call fast really isn't and I do agree with her as after I watch videos of us going what I think to be fast, she really isn't. But sometimes, especially in XC she gets quite fast and racey. We have only done XC twice, once last Setpember and once last weekend. She has behaved both times and never truly runaway she is just faster and can be hard to bring back when she gets like that. My trainer has said that again, from what she saw last weekend there was only one moment headed towards home were she started to take off but she came back to me before the next jump.
Due to this, how do I get used to her faster pace that really isn't fast on videos? As to me, it feels fast like she is trying to runaway but she is still controllable and not super fast in comparison I just always feel it is but if it's a good eventing pace like my trainer says I have to get used to it and learn how to ride but im not sure how as it always makes me nervous a bit. Also, how do I slow her down when she actually does get to fast. I've tried my shoulders being back as she hates when im to forward, which I've noticed has helped. I've tried using verbal cues, my seat but none of it really works out in XC and she still keeps a powerful big stride and comes back a lot slower than at home. I obviously don't want to and don't yank on her mouth and the last thing I would do right now is upgrade her bit. She is only in a pinchless O ring right now. I would consider lunging her/working her before we go and I do in the practice rings a bit. My only hesitancy with that is she used to be a very spooky jumper and refuse a lot of jumps which she doesn't anymore really, it's quite rare if she does and my trainer and I have kinda seen that if we work her to much beforehand she gets to tired and lazy and won't jump anything.
Any ideas on what to do? A part of me think
... keep reading on reddit β‘Is there a way to walk slowly with the horse on KB? It works fine on controller but it's super jarring when your horse goes full speed all the time.
