Five years ago Israel was forced to close our reactor due to age and many worries associated with the fact but now with assistance from India we have finished construction of a new reactor to make more nukes for various government reasons.
Work was done very discretely and information kept tight in the hopes of keeping the knowledge of a new reactor secret. The area around the center is highly guarded with a no fly zone above and nearby the reactor for fear of potential espionage by enemies of Israel.
It is now finished and ready to function.
