A list of puns related to "Riesen Ludwigsburg"
These free agency signing grades will be for only the players whose signings have been ruled official from my last post which are Janis Strelnieks, Jeremy Evans, Nigel Hayes, Tyler Dorsey, Augustine Rubit, Will Thomas, Mike James, Filip Petrusev, Steven Enoch, Donatas Motiejunas, Marco Spissu, Emmanuel Mudiay, Ido Ben Harush, Jaleen Smith, Alpha Diallo, Brock Motum, Sehmus Hazer, Jarrell Brantley, and OJ Mayo. There have been a lot of rumors for others players, but I will not talk about them until the teams confirm the signing to prevent spreading possible misinformation.
Janis Strelnieks, CSKA
Team that he signed with in free agency: Zalgiris(1 year)
Grade: A-
My prediction: Incorrect
Short explanation: This is a very nice get for Zalgiris. Strelnieks is a talented player who can shoot the lights out of the ball but is coming off a down year with limited minutes for CSKA last year. He still shot the ball well in those minutes and should get a much larger role on Zalgiris. He can also be a secondary ballhandler which is nice. This is a very nice deal and it is low risk at 1 year long.
Jeremy Evans, Olimpia Milano
Team that he signed with in free agency: Panathinaikos(1 year)
Grade: D
My prediction: N/A
Explanation: This signing makes very little sense for Panathinaikos. They have a player who is similar to him in playstyle with Jehyve Floyd who is younger and better. I get they needed a backup power forward, but they should've gotten someone who is younger, better, and can shoot. He was a mediocre backup last year with Olimpia Milano and isn't getting any younger. This seems like overcompensation for their inability to complete the Alpha Diallo signing.
Nigel Hayes, Zalgiris
Team that he signed with in free agency: FC Barcelona(1 year)
Grade: B+
My prediction: Incorrect
Explanation: I really like Nigel Hayes and the fit that he will bring to FC Barcelona on offense. He is a great 3 point shooter and does not need the ball to make an impact. He is also a decent rebounder and can score in other ways. He is a team player who can play within a team offense. I just wish that he signed with a team that had him play at power forward, where his shooting will be a bigger advantage and he wouldn't have to defend as quick of players. But I still really like this signing nonetheless.
Tyler Dorsey, Maccabi Tel Aviv
Team that he signed with in free agency: Olympiacos(1 year)
Grade: A+
My prediction: Correct
Explanation: This is a truly great signing
... keep reading on reddit β‘I'm sorry. I've been terribly lazy and procrastinated this post until now, a week off the end of the posterior month.
July was a decent month. The Olympics provided a bit of a spark but it was pretty underwhelming overall all things considered. The schedule didn't do us any favors due to the huge timezone discrepancy between Europe and Japan and when you have way bigger subs covering it, it's tough to compete. The transfer marked helped plug the gap and that's pretty noticeable when you look at the flairs assigned.

Partizan having a huge off season brought the fandom to the sub. Hopefully a sign that we manage to have more activity in EuroCup related posts. Other noteworthy entries include Fortitudo and Cibona with one assignment each.
Felt just shy of 7k subs and 1k flairs, both marks that have already been surpassed in August.

Finally put together the courage to publish this. Once again, apologies for the late monthly breakdown, this time with no involvment from external setbacks. Been procrastinating writing this for a while now and the thing is, the more I do so, the more work it requires for me to put together the data. Anyway, I also haven't picked up the development of the new comment extraction method, so you're still gonna see the data pushift.io spits out. Also, I have reasons to believe we will have to drop the "welcoming" DM for users with no flair set in the future, as we are closing in on the 1k flair count mark. That or have a sub-ideal solution that won't always match the real time flair assignment situation of the user.
June was a pretty good month considering the stage of the season we're at. Despite not publishing this earlier, I (other users contributed, but I'm the spammer) have been active by publishing reports and signings associated with the major basketball clubs and it "sells" a little bit. So, here are the numbers.

Two worth mentioning new additions: Paris Basketball and Riesen Ludwigsburg. Efes momentum kept yielding more fan engagement, the Greek clubs did surprisingly well and so did Virtus (which, if I am not mistaken, was crowned Lega A champion during June). Then there's a few out of the Reddit-ordinary assignments such as Oostende, Split, Ulm, ASVEL and CSKA joining the party.
All in all, 41 new flairs is an excellent number all things considered and we're now 20 away from reaching the 1k mark
... keep reading on reddit β‘I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Do your worst!
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π
It really does, I swear!
Because she wanted to see the task manager.
Theyβre on standbi
Heard they've been doing some shady business.
BamBOO!
Pilot on me!!
Nothing, he was gladiator.
Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
What did 0 say to 8 ?
" Nice Belt "
So What did 3 say to 8 ?
" Hey, you two stop making out "
When I got home, they were still there.
I won't be doing that today!

This morning, my 4 year old daughter.
Daughter: I'm hungry
Me: nerves building, smile widening
Me: Hi hungry, I'm dad.
She had no idea what was going on but I finally did it.
Thank you all for listening.
There hasn't been a post all year!
You take away their little brooms
