In TvZ I often get 2 Ravens early in order to auto-turret harass my opponent. Typically I can get lots of drone kills this way and force the opponent to stop mining. I hide them in the air space and hit two different mineral lines at the same time. And then I repeat over and over until they get mutas. Basically it almost always pays off.
Since I am experimenting with getting more Ravens in TvP I have started to the same thing there. But it seems much easier for Protoss to negate auto-turret harass due to a single shield battery seems to out-heal an auto-turret?
Since having several ravens seems to make it much easier to compete with Protoss later in the game, maybe it can be worth it to keep the initial Ravens home instead? You lose out of a few probe kills but you get two more full energy ravens which is a large advantage in a midgame fight.
I hate when they announce a title and they just decide not to upload it. Raven's Home season 4 was supposed to be added today and nothing.
