Do you think Ronald Reagan had early symptoms of Alzheimer’s in the last year or two of his Presidency?

Please be respectful in the comments, although I’m not a fan of many of his decisions during his Presidency, no human should die of Alzheimer’s, but he didn’t announce he had it until 1994, 5 years after he left office

How might things have been different if Ronald Reagan won the presidency when he ran in 1968?

Obviously Reagan didn’t get the Republican nomination that year but he did run for president. If he became president, how would things be different in terms of Vietnam, world events, domestic policies? What would have permanently changed if Reagan’s presidency was from 1969 onward instead of the 1980s?
