A list of puns related to "Pit prop"
how great would that be
I have to give props to Pit Boss customer support. First time pellet grill owner for a year now. Use it 2-3 times a week. Iβm not to good on the cleaning duties. Had two fires in a week and fried my Temp probe. Contacted PB to purchase a replacement and Bam....replacement sent FOC as still under warranty.
This week we're joined by a special guest Mark Cordory. Mark is actually a listener and sent us a nice email about the show. When we found out that he'd made props for Iron Maiden, Torchwood, Corpse Bridge and Dr.Who we had to have him on. Mark's work is fantastic.
I wanted to post this on /r/doctorwho but the mods said I wasn't allowed as it would be self-promotion. If anyone is an established member there, please post the show.

I participated in an operation yesterday which was one of the finest and smoothest operations I've ever seen. I'd like to point out some things that made it so successful. The operation was obviously well underway in terms of planning when I joined.
A) There was a clear leader (Kronus) and that leader was calm and not bossy. He was able to calmly delegate roles. In the planning/prep phase, he delegated some other members to recruit more people, drive those recruits to the staging area, and kept everyone together while we waited for enough people.
B) The leader was able to keep the newcomers interested. We had a lot of vehicles neatly staged and it was clear there was a lot of organization and effort put into preparation. This is what foxhole is all about. A newcomer in another Op might be tempted to go off on their own because there is little visible organization. In this case, it was very clear to everyone who saw the staging area that this was an organized, well planned effort. No one wanted to screw it up.
C) Once we implemented the "move" and set up our FOB, the leader delegated 3 or 4 different roles for members. We were well supplied. Most people went into building, others went to howitzers, others to scouting, a few on logi/battlebus.
D) When the attack began, everyone had been informed and waiting to strike. We arguably attacked too soon, but it didn't matter. The fight was fun and there was cohesion and shared purpose for everyone by this point.
E) The leader and his lieutenants were able to coordinate with two other operations (the other front, and tanks) to aid us. We had tank support quickly. The reason for this is the leader communicated our intentions clearly to the tanks, and we offered them support. They answered, and made our attack very easy.
The communication was calm, the planning was solid, the execution was as good as one could hope among a group of strangers on the internet. There was no name calling, no trolling, and people respected their use of the microphone. It was a successful operation and it restored faith in this soldier in the community. Thank you Kronus and everyone else who participated in this operation. I had a blast.
Edits: spelling and added category "E".
