A list of puns related to "Osteria Francescana"
This guy is a world-famous 3-Michelin star chef. Heβs literally S01E01 of Netflix Chefβs Table series.
But he comes out from under any rock you lift about humanitarian help. And he damn makes sure the cameras are around to help it.
For example, the Netflix show tells a story of how he saved the Parmagiano industry after the Italian earthquake https://www.upworthy.com/amp/this-world-renowned-chef-saved-his-towns-economy-with-cheese-and-rice
Is he legit? Are people of Italy proud of him?
Or is he totally trying to get TV publicity any chance he gets through humanitarian relief matters?
Thanks in advance. Stay safe all.

I personally find it kind of off putting that you're not able to enjoy a meal alone. Why would they exclude single diners? Anyone have any ideas?
Cross your fingers for me, my sister and I are hoping to get a res for my 40th birthday this May. Reservations open at 4am EST
Quite cool vid on the full tasting menu and modena (the town it's in) and bologna (town close by). The two towns are the most typical places people stay in if they do get lucky with a reservation there! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcK_QCieyhY
Hi. I am visiting from Canada, and I have reservations for two people at Osteria Francescana in Modena on Wednesday, September 27th at 12:30pm. Would anyone be interested in joining me?
I have a reservation for 2 at Osteria Francescana at 8PM on March 16th. If you want to join me, please let me know. I will try to respond to any questions anyone might have for me. Sorry if this is a bit last minute, but turns out you can't reserve a table for one and I didn't really know where to find someone to join me.
Edit: I apologize to everybody that requested to join me that isn't getting the opportunity to do so. Unfortunately the spot has been filled. Thank you all for showing interest and I genuinely apologize to the people I can't take with me, maybe next time.
Seems strange that 3 former #1 spots wouldnβt even make the top100 cut this year. Is there some controversy I donβt know about?
Anyone tried this restaurant?
I'm on the waiting list for September - I know that it's very hard to get a reservation there. But I've received an email from them informing me that they have opened a guesthouse just outside Modena city centre.
The picture looks like an outstanding place with a beautiful garden.
They give the possibility to book a room + dinner with an Osteria Francescana tasting menu. I've just checked on Instagram, they serve the most famous dishes of the main restaurant. But guests are seated in a communal tables, so I think it could be a very relaxed atmosphere. The price is quite the same of the main restaurant - about 500$ for tasting menu plus the wine pairing.
I've also received a link to book just a seat for dinner and I'm thinking about it. In case anyone should be interested, there you can find the link: www.sevenrooms.com/reservations/francescanamarialuigia
Anyone would like to try this kind of experience? A Michelin starred menu shared with other guest?
I have a reservation for lunch for two people for July 31st 2018 but they won't let me make the reservation for one person and I don't want to pay 250 euros as a no-show fee. Anyone interested in being my number two? Ideally at that date but I asked and there's a possibility they might be able to change it to August 1st or 2nd.
I was really really excited to go (it was pretty much the thing I was more looking forwards to in the whole tip) and don't wanna miss it.
I got an e-mail that reservations opened up for Francescana at Maria Luigia for the dates that I'll be Italy, and in a panic, I booked a spot. Reservations for Osteria Francescana open up again on 2/3 and I was wondering if I should try to get a reservation there too? I know the experience will be way different but I heard some of the dishes will be the same. Has anyone been to both and can give me some advice if I should do both or one over the other?
Questo maggio sarΓ² vicino Modena ed Γ¨ da tanto che voglio mangiare dall'Osteria Francescana. Ci avete mai mangiato? E' buono? Vale la pena? Devo fare una prenotazione ora per una cena a maggio? E' formale?
For the past few months my soon to be wife and I have been planning our honeymoon to Europe. The trip was centered around the hope of getting a reservation at Osteria Francescana. The honeymoon is from September 2nd - September 15th and reservations for September opened this morning.
I woke up at 3:30 AM EST (9:30 AM Italy) and hoped on the website to make a reservation. I was #761 in the booking queue. This made me a little nervous but I decided to stick it out none the less. Reservations opened at 4:00 AM EST (10:00 AM Italy) and after an hour and a half around 5:30 AM EST (11:30 AM Italy Time) I was sitting around #300 in the queue.
Then out of nowhere my queue number jumped from approximately 300 to 1032. Luckily I took a picture around 3:55 AM EST and then at 5:32AM of my queue number so I do have proof that this occurred.
I'm now going on my 5th hour of waiting in the queue and although I plan on sticking it out I have little faith I'll land a reservation.
Does anyone have any experience booking at Osteria Francescana? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My fiance is going to be devastated.
Edit: removed 0 from 1032 (it jusmped to 1032 not 10032) Going on hour 6 and still waiting currently at #386
