A list of puns related to "Order of the Indian Empire"
Hello there, I was curious about India nd it's relationship with Great Britain or the British Empire in the respect. Occasionally, I'd see Indian paramilitaries or Indian soldiers fighting under the British Flag or British Imperial Flag. The 2nd Great War included more then a 1 million Indian's *volunteering*. I wanted to ask, did the British Indians fight of the British Empire out of loyalty to the Crown or was it something else? I mean, those are quite a lot of Indians fighting for the British Empire. . . so what was it? Loyalty or was it an obligation/Ordered to do it?.
Thanks for your time.

Hinduism and Sanskrit not indigenous? Of course, they have their roots in the proto-Indo-European religions/languages but not indigenous despite literally taking final form, fostering and prospering in India?
No caste system East of the Indus (Punjab) yet an entire religion (Sikhism) was built up on the very idea of escaping casteism?
Aryans teaming up with Indus Valley folk (despite their civilisation collapsing) to...kick out Aryans and make them migrate Eastwards? LMAO.
This idea that the Indus Valley genetics and descendants are literally confined to the Indus region (inc. Punjab, where I'm from) and not literally spread all over the Subcontinent?
Mauryans being Punjabi or "from the Indus" and that the Indians are covering up history?
The idea that the history of the Persians/Greeks/Scythians predated "India" or "Bharat" despite the Persians and Greeks giving birth to the actual terms "India" and "Hindustan" or and the Vedic tribes literally coining the term "Bharata Khanda".
This idea that the Indus and Gangetic Plains were only united by the "Punjabi" (LOL) Mauryans, Islamic rulers and British YET ignoring hundreds of years of the Vedic tribes, Kushans, Indo-Greeks, Guptas, Harsha's Empire and Gurjara-Pratihara dynasty.
What the heck is this?
The Sith remained in exile, only two members existing at any one time, because 1000 years before The Phantom Menace, the Jedi wiped almost all of them out. They were forced to go into hiding.
However, Sidious had won, the Jedi, most of them anyway, were dead. Why didn't he and Vader try to restore the Sith to their former glory? After all, the Sith once commanded an Empire thousands of years ago. By the time of A New Hope, 20 years after Order 66, Sidious and Vader are still the only Sith in existence.
Now, I know that the Inquisitors existed, and they were sort-of Sith, but they were a temporary measure to hunt down any Jedi who survived Order 66, they were eventually disbanded.
The only explanation I can think of is selfishness, Sidious didn't want any Sith rivals who would threaten him. This explanation makes sense, but, in hindsight, it was kind of a dumb decision as all it took was to defeat Sidious and Vader to wipe out the Sith for good.
Was this ever expanded on in canon? Do you guys have any alternate explanations?

Some more silver coins from my collection - I'm generally not interested in collecting coins of the Mughal empire because I feel that there are too many varieties to collect. But once in while, when I come across a good deal on a lot which doesn't have duplicates, I pull the trigger.
These are silver rupees of two different Mughal emperors - Aurangazeb and Nasir-ud-Din Muhammad Shah. For each of these two rulers, the coins belong to a different mint, weigh around 11gms, and are 21-25mm in diameter.

Very informative and entertaining video
The "Chola" dynasty in South India seemed to have been a major naval power using which they seem to have built a massive empire across the Indian ocean and the Bay of Bengal. Did they develop naval/ship building technology that contributed to their Maritime success? If so, why do we never ever hear about their seafaring or naval prowess the same way we do about the Vikings?
Hey all,
Unfortunately I'm only recently discovered the great game that is Destiny and have been enjoying it thoroughly. Seeing some of the custom decks reminded me of the old days creating custom decks for Star Wars Epic Duels (a personal favorite)...
Not sure if this is the spot for it or not, but wanted to share some initial card designs I put together from Jedi Fallen Order, Shadows of the Empire and Jedi Knight. Looking for feedback, comments and any thoughts the experts on here may have! None of these have been play tested yet, but each was built with their specific abilities in mind. Happy to breathe new life into a great game whenever possible!
(oh, and who knew it would be so difficult to find a decent picture of Jan Ors....)
If there is any interest in getting the dice sides I can upload those to imgur as well.
Basically what's considered Empire-ry in this sub. Is just original trilogy? Or are we allowing both sith Empire and First Order as well?
