This week, Xander Schauffele passed Adam Scott to jump into the Top 10 in the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR). With the Australian falling out of the Top 10, this means that Jon Rahm and Rory McIlroy are the only non-Americans in the Top 10 in the world. This is the first time that eight Americans are in the Top 10 since the OWGR was first released in 1986. The last time Americans were outnumbed in the Top 10 was in May 2018, when Rahm, Rose, Day, McIlroy, Matsuyama, and Casey were in all in the Top 10.
For most of the history of the OWGR, non-Americans have either been equal in number or were greater than the amount of Americans in the Top 10. This recent trend of Americans dominating the Top 10 is quite rare. Before 2019, there was only a single week in which there were seven American in the Top 10. Since then, 33 weeks have featured seven or more Americans in the top 10. However, going deeper in the OWGR doesn't exactly replicate America's dominance. Six of the players ranked 11-20 are non-Americans. Right now, there are more non-Americans in the Top 20 than there were in the first OWGR ranking in 1986, and there are more non-Americans in the Top 20 than there were the week after Tiger's first Masters win in 1997. Still, eight Americans in the Top 10 of the OWGR is quite an achievement that has never happened before.

With another good performance on Sunday he'll have a shot to crack the Top 100, maybe even Top 50 with a win.

From ~650 in OWGR to likely top 30 within a calendar year. For Fedex Cup, he went from barely worth mentioning to top 30 and into the Tour Championship. Even without winning he’s had an amazing year thus far.

##Armenia's lawyer discusses the recent ruling by World Court
Yeghishe Kirakosyan: the ruling was a victory for Armenia. It confirms the existence of hate speech coming from Azeri state officials and institutes towards ethnic Armenians. The court has obliged Azerbaijan to take measures to prevent it. This Armenophobic hate speech can create an environment of physical danger for Armenian individuals. The next important part was about the protection of Armenian cultural heritage. The court required Azerbaijan to fulfill its obligations under the convention on racial discrimination. Azerbaijan must prevent and punish instances of vandalism against Armenian churches, cemeteries, monuments, etc.
These are all requirements. The court informs about its ruling to the UN Security Council, which has the authority to oversee and ensure the implementation of the requirements. //

Armenian lawyers are preparing for the second stage of the World Court lawsuit, which will take a year. "[It will] be more detailed and clear from the legal point of view of Armenia's claims and allegations, backed by a solid evidence base," said lawyer Kirakosyan.

The ruling was read on July 22. Azerbaijan failed to provide convincing evidence that the mental health issues, which Arthur Badalyan developed immediately after being released, were not a result of the living conditions during the captivity in Azerbaijan. Every song of Total Drama World Tour has been ranked and placed on an ordered tier-list. And what I am going to do now is go through each of them. I will be leaving a little review for each song to kinda give a perspective on the sub’s reasoning for its placement, some things good, some things bad. So if you commented on any of the polls, you’re likely to see your thoughts show up on here. These reviews do not necessarily reflect my opinion, they’re just structured that way, but everything in them is taken from the comments. Once again, thank you to everyone who commented and voted. Without further ado, let us begin.

E tier
So good news right off the bat. There are no songs in E tier. You know what that means? Every song is liked by someone. There are songs in this season that aren’t my favorite or I don’t often go back to. But I am so glad each and every one exists, because there is someone out there whom they make happy. Moving on.
D tier
30th, 3.1/10; A Chinese Lesson
In last place we have A Chinese Lesson. It has a repetitive melody and is pausing and starting again very often. The music lacks fluctuation that would give it performance value, very monotonous. It is the only time Chris is prominently featured in a song, and it doesn’t do justice to Christian Potenza’s unique voice. The instrumentals clash very hard with him and don’t compliment him very well. This song however from a comedy standpoint in the context of the episode is well done. Alejandro and Blaineley are noticeably off-key in the final verse. Sierra does come in with a nice falsetto for the ending belt, the song’s highlight. I am not Chinese, so I can’t speak on people calling this song culturally insensitive, I wouldn’t know. However if there are any Chinese users that is up to them on if this song is offensive, one user pointed out to me that the pronunciation of “chi” is incorrect because they needed to rhyme the song. Overall, this song is pretty dull.
C tier
29th, 4.3/10; Gypsy Rap
The best part of the song was Heather’s intro paired with an entertaining acoustic intro, but the jarring transition into Gwen’s rather off-beat rap is what is mostly disliked. The entire song lacked fluidity that makes a song easy to listen to. It ends rath
