A list of puns related to "Nick Faldo"
I was just talking to my dadβs buddy and he told me a cool story you might like. So this was years ago in Muskoka, Canada. Nick had just designed a course called The Rock - an awesome and tough course. Itβs not too far, so my dad and his buddy went to the course when it was done being built - but wasnβt opening for another month.
So they go to the course with a bunch of balls and their 5 irons and are just walking it and playing because no one was around and why not. As they are walking some guy pulls up to them in a cart. Obviously they think theyβre about to get kicked out for trespassing or a βwtf are you dudes doing?β
Sure enough the guy is totally cool with it and asks them what they think of the course. They are total hacks too which makes this a little funnier. One says to the guy βitβs beautiful, are you a groundskeeper?β To which he replies βno I designed the course, Iβm Nick Faldoβ. Although they play occasionally they arenβt big golfers so wouldnβt recognize him but obviously knew his name.
Hahaha they said their mouths dropped. They said he couldnβt have been cooler.
He, along with the network and everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves
The man is one of the best golfers of this generation and he proved yesterday (as he out alphaβd Faldo multiple times) that he may be an even better broadcaster than he was a player.
I said itβs apocryphal he swears itβs true can anyone confirm the veracity of this tale

Hello,
Apologies if it doesnβt quite fit here - my friend and I were talking about golfing controversies and he recalled a notable one being a fan throwing Falcons ball onto the green and enabling him to win the Ryder Cup
I found nothing on YouTube or Googleaside from an excerpt from some golf based fiction book in the independent and two threads where groups of people have a similar recollection - itβs always Faldo - but the place, hole, opponent and year are never the same (links below)
He swears he saw it on TV and he was born in 1985
Itβs weird I canβt really find anything else on this?

Hey,
Does anyone know any trusty dealers who are willing to find replicas of these extraordinary watches for an extra money? If not, does anyone know factory which can customize their products (replicas of AP RO and PP Nautilus) and recreate these fantastic dials?
Audemars Piguet Royal 'Nick Faldo' 37mm (1995)
Phillipe Patek Nautilus 3800/1 with grey sunburst dial 37.5mm (1999)
