A list of puns related to "Odds and evens (hand game)"
Even number+even number= even number Odd number+odd number= even number Odd number+even number= odd number
I don't know the exact rules but the ones we decided to use were simply that you had to get a run of 7 straight cards, suits/colours don't matter, ace low. You're dealt 7 cards, pick one up and put one down every turn until one of you has a run of 7.
Bless my girlfriend who meekly says "what happens if you already have 7 in a row?" before revealing she has six through queen. What are the chances of this happening?
I wanted to provide an alternative "odd job" that I don't see getting too much recognition these days: video game streaming. This is a story about how I made a substantial amount of revenue by becoming a professional full-time streamer. I was originally going to school for Electrical Engineering and decided that it wasn't for me, so I spent my sophomore/junior year frantically looking for a way out.
Note: While this happened to work for me, I am by no way encouraging you to pursue this type of career as it is slightly difficult to get started and I just happened to make it work. Rather, I want to spark some sort of inspiration to look for other avenues of revenue (e.g., do some sort of crafts thing; build birdhouses; etc.) Meaning, you don't have to be a blue-collar dude to be successful.
Note 2: that this is a throwaway account and I will not be revealing my Twitch account in the interest of anonymity. I will also not be talking about the specific games that I play, but I am open to talking about the genres and the strategy behind ranking highly.

A year ago, I was through my sophomore year in electrical engineering studies and I was struggling. I was not struggling because my grades were lackluster. I was struggling because I could not see myself as an electrical engineer in two years. I couldn't even tell you what an electrical engineer does in the real world. Sure, I know what they do on paper, but have you ever met an electrical engineer?
So like 20 million other college kids, I was scared shitless and having doubts. It was embarrassing for me to switch majors this late in the game, so I started entertaining other ideas. I tried doing freelance web development and had a hard time getting past the competition. I tried my hand at graphic/logo design, and that was going well, until I realized I wasn't very artistic. I even entertained the idea of picking up a paper route. What I didn't expect is getting paid to do something I love: playing video games. And who knew it could be so lucrative with a little hard work and dumb luck?
Let me be clear before going any further: this was not a cakewalk. Far from it. It took a lot of work to establish an online presence, network with other streamers / YouTube personalities, and convincing my friends that I am not a complete lunatic for dropping out of school and pursuing this sort of

I didnβt even notice how βfloatyβ BL2 gunplay feels before I played BL3 today.
Itβs almost like id Software helped them with the design. Firing a Jakobs shotgun is just filled with so much bass and force now. Seeing the enemy getting blasted into the air by it and shooting it again mid air is just amazing.
There is no reason not to be excited.
i feel nothing though. empty. as if nothing is important and just couldn't do shit at all. no motivation.
Most notable is 3D Dinosaur Adventure:

In these cases the music might be creepy simply because it was written that way, if unintentionally -- it really does sound foreboding rather than whimsical.
But there's something about the graphics. We expect them to be primitive, and though not inherently sinister they really are just a little ... off. Just like human figures in the uncanny valley are a "little off" ...
im trying so so so hard not to relapse but everything's just collapsing in on me rn and i just want everything to be okay but it's never going to be okay i just want it all to stop im on the verge of an Epic Gamer Breakdown and i dont have anybody to help me and i dont know if i can get through this one if one more thing happens that's even slightly less than okay im going to fucking snap
Itβs hard to do the combos with one hand only. In your opinion which character would be most friendly to My situation? Any feedback is good thanks in advance.
If I go into a nuke zone at the whitesprings there's like a 20% chance I'm gonna crash to dashboard or freeze.
If I continue to stay in the nuke zone and run around and farm for legendaries, ya know, the thing to do, there's a good chance I'm gonna crash or freeze at any point.
Fighting the SBQ? Be careful not to get too crazy like running around and shooting while she's doing stuff cause then you might crash or freeze. This a turn based game now, son.
I see it happening to other people all the time too. While in a nuke zone at the whitesprings I'll be in a party with 3 other random people and I'll just see JohnnyBravo69 disappear and come back 4 times and I'll see people not in my party disappear off the map and be back like 3 minutes later.
This is not okay. The console version needs SERIOUS optimization. With this and server hopping to try and get stuff I need I spend a majority of my time in this game in loading screens at this point. Bethesda pls.
Edit: Not to mention most of the playerbase for this game is on console too and they're the ones that are suffering the most.
Oddly enough, it's even. But even so, it's still an odd concept.
