Hello! Lurker for a while but I'm need of your help! I'm try to describe the Coat of Arms for the Chamber of Notaries of QuΓ©bec (I'm a Notary in QuΓ©bec) for personal education and to spread the knowledge of the CoA that hasn't been used in forever.
Long story short, I want to accurately use them and do them justice and our law regarding their use allows me to use them, but our governing body isn't letting me use them. I'm trying to fight the good fight! I've attached the image to this post (I hope). Thank you guys so much!

In 2020, my then partner and I registered our relationship as defacto under the NSW government. We have since broken up and moved to the UK. I need a solicitor, Justice of Peace, or Notary Public to witness me signing documents to continue with my application to revoke the relationship registration. The prices I could find online are very expensive, and everything is coming out of my student loans. My ex and his family are not cooperating with me so it's up to me to sort this out myself. Thank you in advance.
My notary at the very last moment pushed the deed of sale date out on my 2 weeks after my deadline I put as a deed of sale in my offer to purchase a home in Quebec. The problem is, over the last month or so, the seller wants to back out of the deal because they got better offers but I don't want to back out and still want to buy it.
With my notary pushing the date like this on me last second, is there anything I can do to save this house? NO other notary is available during the holidays and on short notice, Ive tried all of them. None at all available.
What are my options here?
