A list of puns related to "No Earthly Connection"
What a load of hooey:"National Son's Day is marked to recognize the special importance of raising sons. Sons too grow up future fathers, leaders and role models for someone. So, it is stress on the importance of raising boys and providing them better lifestyle and education is more important."
REQUEST TO UPVOTE SOMETHING IRRELEVANT TO THE SUB
I am posting this solely because people are talking about this βdiscoveryβ (which has been turned in to the Pinellas County Sheriffβs Department) as being linked to Brian. At this point, there is nothing to say that it certainly is or is not. Please do not spread rumours.

Christopher Sacco was fighting a large fish. Or so he thought. Heβd already lost it once and he wasnβt going to lose it again. When he finally reeled in the line, he realized he had the catch of the day.
But it wasnβt a fish. Instead, it was an abandoned gun.
Sacco, 35, was fishing off the shore of Fort De Soto Park before noon Saturday when he reeled in a Publix plastic bag. Inside the bag was a black revolver, with a rock secured to it by red and white twine.
βYouβve got be kidding me,β Sacco said to his friend. Saccoβs friend looked over to him. βI found a gun,β he said.
βHe looked at me like, βAre you serious,ββ Sacco said. βIβm like bro, I found a freaking gun.β
Sacco called the Pinellas County Sheriffβs Office to report the gun. The Sheriffβs Office confirmed deputies responded to a call at Fort De Soto at 11:46 a.m. Saturday.
Officers took possession of the gun and placed it in property and evidence, a spokesperson for the Sheriffβs Office said.
The weapon was entered into the Florida Crime Information Center and the National Crime Information Center. Deputies were also notified of the gun, the spokesperson said.
Sacco and his friend were fishing near a playground area at the park. Fort De Soto was hit hard by Red Tide, Sacco said, so not many people were around, except for a few canoers on the water.
βUsually thereβs a whole bunch of people,β Sacco said. βWhat if some little kid found it?β
The officer who responded to the report called the situation βa first,β Sacco said.
Sacco posted a photo of the gun to the Facebook group βTampa Bay Fishing Club.β
Sacco, born and raised in Tampa, has been fishing since he was 9 years old, but never experienced anything like Saturdayβs catch.
βTo actually catch something like that, like a gun tied to a brick, somebody didnβt want that gun to be found,β he said.
Earlier this evening, Margot and I went out to get groceries. I wanted to make chili, she said she needed shampoo and conditioner.
We took a bit longer than we thought we would. Maybe we were playing catch with one of those rubber balls they always have in bins, but I can neither confirm nor deny this claim.
When we got back to the house, I dropped everything. I just couldnβt believe it. The door was wide open on its hinges. Wide open.
Somebody broke in. My pet tarantula was stolen from its terrarium. My African Grey parrot was freed from its cage, and the window in his room was opened enough for him to escape. Itβs a miracle that my ferret, Wensleydale, was unharmed.
Here is a list of the stolen property.
-A lamp
-A shadow box of rare beetles from East Asia
-My television remote
-Margotβs laptop and guitar
I donβt give a damn about my lamp. I donβt even give a damn about my rare beetles. Let me just cut to the chase: What the hell is wrong with you? Why would you take Margotβs laptop and guitar?
All of her recordings and demos are stored on that thing. She canβt make new music if she doesnβt have her guitar.
I, myself, am hurt. I thought I could trust the people of this town. Maybe I was wrong. Maybe Dr. Quinn was wrong about Lower Duck Pond. What potential is there here for anything?
Many (most?) Christians believe that by virtue of being born in a state of sin (or at least by committing one sin) all human beings deserve to be tortured forever.
If this is so, then on what grounds do we condemn even the most ghastly of human crimes (mass murder, gang rape, genocide, child molestation, etc.)? Those people deserved it. In fact, they deserved far worse (and now that they're dead are going to get it). Everyone who died in a Nazi extermination camp or starved under Stalin, every victim of Ted Bundy or Jack the Ripper, every victim of rape or sexual abuse, deserved every ounce of the pain they suffered. They deserved infinitely more pain.
How can we condemn these things? The only thing evil about them could be that they weren't able to inflict all of the agony deserved onto the guilty party, and so were insufficient punishment.
I suppose we could say the perpetrators of such crimes were claiming a prerogative that belongs only to God. But of course God is at work in all things. We see from the Bible that God often uses earthly circumstances to bring about his will. So he was simply working through these criminals to inflict his punishments on deserving persons.
So even if we grant that there is a crime here in humans stealing God's thunder: we might condemn the culprit for his presumptuousness, but we certainly shouldn't feel bad for the victims, who got exactly what they deserved (or at least a little bit of what they deserved).
When we look at natural disasters, sickness, or suicides, we don't even have that dilemma. There's no abrogation of God's privileges. It's just sinners getting exactly what they deserve. We should rejoice, right? In fact mourning the victims might be immoral. It would be the moral equivalent of mourning a serial killer.
Edit: meant to flair Christian.
The god of the Bible wants everyone to worship him and doesnβt want anyone to go to hell. Why put us on earth in the first place? Wouldnβt it make more sense to just skip that and have everyone start in heaven worshiping him? Or at least, start there and be given the choice to not worship and leave? Like god talks to you and gives you the choice, so then your free will is preserved. I mean the whole life thing seems like an unnecessary step. It seems weird that he would confine our immortal spirits to these mortal bodies for a tiny blip of eternity
I would like to preface this story by stating that neither I nor my father believe in the paranormal or anything even pertaining to the spiritual; however, there is one event in our lives that leaves us scratching our heads to this day.
From 2005 to 2015 we lived in a medium-sized apartment in the urban residential area of Chicago. My parents got it for a pretty good price, relatively cheap for the area we lived in and the land lady we rented from was very nice to us, even going as far as buying us an expensive recliner arm chair as a house warming gift. I have pretty fond memories of the place and making many good friends in the area that were sad to see me go eventually, but thatβs besides the point.
My mother, who I should mention is a pretty deeply spiritual woman, worked an early morning job with hours usually running from 3 AM to 3 PM, just a normal bookkeeping gig. The problem was that every morning she was always apprehensive to leave her room; more specifically, go into our living room. She told us that she felt there was some sort of dark presence emanating from that room and that it made her incredibly uncomfortable to pass alone, almost like it was creeping up on her back as she walked through there. Sometimes I would occasionally catch her talking in her sleep, saying things about not disturbing the poor woman. Usually I would brush this off as sleeptalking, but it happened far too consistently for it to be coincidence.
This continued almost every morning until she lost that job in 2012 and no longer had to wake up that early for work. I turned morbidly curious though about this as I was getting into those years where the paranormal is a really cool topic to talk about and decided to prod a few questions about what she experienced. She told me that she felt as if there was a woman waiting in that room and that she hated being disturbed. If my mother entered the room she described that she felt like the woman was staring directly at her, even though she couldnβt see anyone in the room at all. She told me that on rare occasions she would even see the recliner start moving all by itself, like someone was rocking in it. I didnβt believe her but her tone of voice when she detailed this told me she believed what she was saying. As time passed, my mother moved on and this ordeal didnβt seem to affect her all that much anymore. My father and I dismissed the whole thing as that crazy mom of mine until something very peculiar happened.
... keep reading on reddit β‘The Monkey King is a well-known Chinese legend described here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monkey_King
The "72 virgins" hadiths are described here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Houri#72_virgins
I could see numbers like "3", "10", "24", "100" or astronomical numbers like "7", "365", "30", etc. appearing by coincidence in unrelated texts, but I don't see why this would be true of "72". It's a very specific number that (to my knowledge) doesn't appear in very many old texts/legends. Is 72's appearance in both these texts just a coincidence? or is there some common origin? For example, did the ancient world consider 72 to be a good/lucky number or somehow indicative of strength or prosperity?
We'll all be singin', "old MacDonald bought the farm eieio", that day, by God.
I opened all the specified ports for UDP/TCP, also allowed the ports and the folder in the windows firewall and antivirus, I don't know what am I doing wrong.

Let me know if I can't post this here or if I need to wait for a specific day.
So I just got a new phone, and I installed Magisk and systemless Xposed. Before I start playing the game, I set Magisk to systemless, core-only mode, and I used the "hide app" function for both Pokemon Go and the Google Framework. Then, I used Darken's SD Maid to freeze the Xposed app and hide it from view. I combed through my file tree and deleted anything related to Magisk or Xposed or even non-Play apps like the F-droid APK. I cleared my data for the game. I made sure that SafetyNet passes via Magisk's built in
When I sign in, I get right until I allow permissions for the game, and after that I get the Error (0) and that my device is incompatible. What am I missing? The difficulty's compounded since there are no accessible logs I'm aware of to pinpoint the issue.
EDIT: I've also repackaged Magisk as well.
EDIT 2: Solved. Uninstalling both Xposed framework and app fixed it. It's a real shame, since I only use Xposed to get Greenify features, but I guess that's what Niantic wants to do. Thanks everyone.
so kinda like the opposite of demisexual. i figured this could belong to asexuality too, and i couldn't find it by googling. thank you π
